Coming from someone who use to sell wands at Universal Orlando in Hogsmeade and Diagon, the only way to get Luna’s first wand is to buy the Dumbledore’s Army wand set which has that one included, because when Luna was in the Army (at least book 5 anyways), she still had her original wand. I personally like her first wand better, but if you want to save some money, always get the second wand! Love your videos, Cherry!

If the fantastic beasts films were set in the 1920s, then the wands are probably modelled to reflect the American 'Jazz age' where there was a flow of wealth and elegance, accompanied with the glittery 'flapper-style' we see Tina and Queenie in. So essentially, the wands for fantastic beasts are probably modelled ostentatiously after a time of ostentatious wealth. Think 'The Great Gatsby' by Baz Luhrmann, which is set at the same time.

Luna's wand IS meant to be a tulip, so you were right, Cherry. In the Harry Potter Character vault, if you read the description on Luna's wand, you'll see that it was meant to look like a tulip. P.S., I have Luna's wand and Hermione's wand. I love you Cherry, and I think how much you embrace Harry Potter is awesome!

When I went to harry potter world for my birthday, I was wearing a badge to say 'hey, It's my birthday' and you are supposed to get special things if you wear it. And when I went tobolivanders, I wasn't chisen, but I git a tap on my shoulder from a worker and got a 1 on 1 with olivander!!! It was the most magical moment if my life!

Andrew Steele The badge tells employees that it’s your birthday but there’s nothing with the badge that means you are suppose to get anything special. It’s completely up to the employer who sees the badge. Can you imagine how many people go to a park on their birthday, it’s just a badge advertising the fact but it doesn’t guarantee anything.

The reason for the fantastic beasts wands being more modern is that it took place in the america and the art deco movement was really popular at that time and place

Thank you Cherry for sharing your wand collection, the slytherin and Death Eater wand just peak my interest. My favourite out of your collection is your personal universal wand. I have three wands in my collection My personal Universal wand Lucias Malfoy and Bellatrix Lestrange my favourite so far is Lucias even though i’m a Ravenclaw. Just today my wand arrived! My dad got them as a gift for me as they were on a HUGE sale (free - $12 shipping compared to $48 + shipping). I thought I was only getting two, but I got four!! I got Hermione’s wand, Fluer Delacour’s wand, Narcissa Malfoy’s wand and Queenie Goldstein’s wand. I’m super happy and they all feel so elegant and magical!!! 💖💜💙

I’m a pureblood slytherin (actually a slytherclaw but more of a slytherin than a ravenclaw), but I respect all houses. I actually enjoy being friends with people from other houses, and I think each house is equal. No house is better than any other house. Also I like all blood-types.
