If your genuinely commited from the start, and have (or gain) wisdom), you can train your child for good. They will listen to you rather than this nonsense at school, but its hard work. It is not easy. A major thing people do that sets them up for failure is lying to your kid, about anything. Imo even Santa is a lie. We look at it as innocent fun, but kids are more and more emotionally damaged. Be honest with your kids. When you cant answer, say that, when they are too young and won't get it, say that, also remember you could grasp things at a much younger age. We need to teach our children things. Parents aren't so Hollywood, culture, and schools are doing it before we can. A huge conversation and more could be said, but thats a good basic start.
