Fun fact for everyone including the comment section: Bakugo's first name is just his parents ship name. "Katsuki" "Katsu" from Masaru(the dad) in japanese. "ki" from Mitsuki which should be obvious "Katsu" means "To win" and "ki" means "Oneself". Put it together, Katsuki means "To win by myself".

I remember when this chapter first came out, people actually hated Inko for what she did despite it being foreshadowed and what any loving parent would do. If my child went to school and broke their bones every other day, and that school was constantly attacked, I would want them to go to a safer school, too.

I understand what you are saying, but there is a major factor that is omitted. The fact that it is a Hero School. The closest thing we possibly have in our world might be military school. Imagine a military school more prestigious than Westpoint. A military school that puts your kid on the fast track to being a military general, Secretary of Defense, or even the President of the United States.

@@k9commander She was Ok with him going to a hero school, as long as it was not UA. So that fact does not matter. The real issue was that she did not know about One For All. Midoria always wanted to go to UA, but I dont really think it would matter so much for him if he had to go to another school as long as he could become a hero. Since All Might is a teacher at UA and Midoria is supposed to become his successor, his priority shifted to him going to UA to learn under All might, rather than just because it was something he allways wanted. If she had know about One For All before, I am pretty sure she would have reacted differently.

@@k9commander Bruh, I went to a military school like that in my country and we had a lot of students being withdrawn because we got an outbreak of Hepatitis A in my school and a lot of students getting sick and the parents questioning how the school is treating their children. When it comes to their Children's health and well being, parents don't care how much prestige the school has if it can't guarantee their children will remain safe they will not think twice of changing schools.

@@Darkdealer89 Two things I would like to talk about. 1) Even before Midorya got All for One, he wanted to go to UA. Every aspiring hero wants to go to UA. He just didn't know how. He mentioned in the frst episode that UA got rid of it's policy barring kids without quirks. He wouldn't be able to pass the entrance exam, but he could still take the test. 2) It is a Hero School. There is nothing in our world that compares. Even my example pales in comparison. They live in a world of superheroes, with schools that teach you to become superheroes. The villains' goal is to demolish Hero society. The reason UA gets targeted is because it is the number one school. Their goal is to get it shut down. UA shutting down would lead to the shut down of EVERY hero school. If it doesn't, they'll attack the number 2 school. Then the number 3, and so on. No hero school would be safe. Eventually, Japan would have to shut down EVERY hero school in fear of any of them being attacked. It doesn't matter what school he goes to. His new school would eventually get attacked or shut down. I'm surprised other hero schools haven't been attacked. There is nothing similar to a hero school in our world. Because of this, it's not just an issue of the students' safety. Imagine if an evil organization had a thing against doctors. They started attacking the best medical school in the country. The school has two options. Give in to the organization, or keep teaching future doctors. If they decide to shut things down, the next best medical school would be attacked. Then the next, and so on. Eventually, all medical schools would be shut down. The country would have no new doctors in training. This is essentially what the League of Villains are trying to do. Edit: I thought about it some more and have 2 more things I want to say. 1) I realize that Midorya not going to the school wouldn't lead to the school shutting down. I'm just trying to say that no school is safe for him. The league already knows his identity. If they want to go after him, they will. 2) I am not against the mother. I understand her feelings and support it. If I was a parent, I would likely do the same. The issue is that it doesn't make him any safer. He lives in a superhero world and intends on being a superhero. There is no safety.

Fun fact Bakugo's mom's quirk is glycerine which makes her sweat a glycerine type like substance which makes her have near perfect skin. Her quirk combined with bakugo's dad's and gave bakugo the ability to sweat a nitroglycerin like substance that he can ignite. Because of this bakugo likely has perfect skin as well. They both also probably taste really sweet.

So to Bakugou he never truly won the sports festival just as Endeavour thinks he never truly became number 1.

fun fact: a good majority of the fanbase refer to Bakugo's dad as the Anime Ned Flanders. 7:40 - 7:47 really think about it. you have students who are heroes in training, with unique powers & abilities, and have experienced first hand multiple times real encounters with villains, and you have Pro heroes acting as the school staff. if another surprise ambush/encounter occurs, you have a lot of people willing to act at a moment's notice and are nearby. but if a villain, say, holds one of the students hostage, and nobody is currently close enough to help, like with Midoriya/Bakugo & Shigaraki, then what? sometimes it's good to have both Quality, & Quantity to achieve results. there are people in the past i've seen watch this episode, but not really understand why Midoriya's mom first declined the offer for him to move into the dorms. but i don't really get how it's not understandable. every student in the Hero Courses have had Quirks since they were children, and since then, have had years of practice with it and gotten a grasp of what they can do, with varied control of their power(s). Their parents trust them moving out because they know this through & through. Midoriya is the exception. he's both reckless & still learning how to control his Quirk properly. and his body (specifically his arms) are damn near in tatters. what kind of parent would his mom be if she was fine with that constantly happening?

A little bit of a trivia on Kurogiri's quirk (warp gate). His quirk is coordinate-based, so he need to know first the coordinates of the place of where he is going to, in order to open a warp gate to that place. This is the reason why in order to know the location of the U.S.J., Sigaraki needed to infiltrate the school by going trough it's main gate first. In short, Kurogiri can't just simply guess a random coordinate since his warp gate won't activate in a random location.

These clouds are dense enough to be touched and can carry a relatively large amount of weight. He can ride his generated clouds through the air and even use them to store objects.

Honestly All for One totally nailed All Might. He's a terrible teacher. He barely talks to Deku, really hasn't done any out-of-school/One-on-one training with him since he cleaned the beach and has essentially left Deku to figure out everything himself. Also, Bakugo's parents are perfect. I love their story and how their quirks came together to make Bakugo. They essentially did by accident what Endeavor had been trying to do with his quirk marriage

The dub for MHA is good compared to other anime out there, but they really lack to put out the emotional tone of the scenes. Its really evident in that beach scene.

All Might VA is in overall mediocre for EngDuv. Same thing happened with USofSmash and when Bakugo was warped. Both scenes lacked the performance that original VA had. Also I really disagree on the part of it being a good dub, even compared to other series. It's 2019 and it is one of the top series now. And not only they are lackluster in performance, but translation often is done poorly, to the point where characters lost their personality traits. It was the most evident in first two seasons (they are doing better now thankfully), but Im still annoyed about how they translate Deku's name, how they changed Bakugo a lot early on, and even dared to make Todoroki angry/more agresive in some scenes.

Some of the translations for the dub really fuck up the meaning of the scenes. Endeavours reaction to All Might's weakened form and Aizawa's speech about Bakugo don't quite mean the same thing sub vs dub; which makes the follow-up scenes lose some of their impact.

Mitsuki(Bakugou's mom)'s Quirk is producing glycerine so she doesn't visibly age much. She's 39. Masaru-her husband- is very calm compared to the other two, and very much under his wife's thumb. He's 42 and has acid sweat. So Bakugou;'s quirk is perfect blend of his parent's quirks. Kyouka's mom is 36 and her dad I think 40 or 42. and her parents are both musicians.

It wasn't so much that Toshinori/AM was getting on his hands and knees to beg for Deku to go back to school. What he was doing was a bow in Japan known as the "Dogeza." This bow is where you kneel directly to the ground and pressing your forehead to the ground, as well as the palms of your hands. This sort of bow is used when one is *deeply* apologizing, asking for a major favor from said person they are bowing to, or to even show deference to a person of higher status. Toshinori was sending his most absolute deepest apologies to Inko for the way he'd been teaching Deku, that he just wants one more chance to prove he is the right person to teach the boy. No wonder Inko grew so overwhelmed with the moment. Aside from what he was saying, that bow alone was showing that he showed her great respect, submission. Could you imagine the #1 Hero, All Might himself, dropping to his knees to go into one of the most humilating ways to apologize? To you, a normal citizen, and asking to essentially raise your son? You'd lose feeling in your legs and drop the way she did, too.

you do have to realize that non of the attacks happend at UA. the safest the students have been so far was at the school facility. both of the attacks were during school trips. having the students in a dorm with all the other teachers around is way safer. on top of that they were like you said caught up in the cross fire because of all might. but all might is not longer a threat to the villains so that isn't a real issue anymore

tbh i didn't get izuku's mom point, cuz izuku was getting hurt from he's own quirk, not because of the school, so even if the moves to a different hero school where it doesnt get attacked by villains ever month, im pretty sure he will still need to use he's quirk, not as much, but still, so he will eventually get hurt too, it's his own quirk that's the problem (well ik that he can't control it now and stuff but u get what i mean) not the school, like why do u think the other students from UA dont get hurt at all ? And also I don t think that he didnt tell he s mum that he has the injuries from he s own quirk, like it s kinda common sense, and it s not like she wont "allow" him to use it anymore, cuz he has to, he can t possibly become a hero without using he s quirk, or even continue studying in any hero course

Marketa calling Endeavor Bakugo Sr. is kinda ironic, because at the current narrative does seem to be pushing for Bakugo to be chasing Midoriya a little, plus you can't deny that both don't exactly have a kid friendly rapport. All for One is alive, rotting in a max security prison, reveling in his own 'passing of the torch' to Shigaraki They blame All Might because the League and Stain's main influences are All Might, so putting him around children invited more danger and opportunity for the villains to harm them. However, they do seem ignorant to the fact that UA would've still been used as a lure to kill off top heroes, Lida would've pursued Stain regardless of All Might's job as a teacher and the League would've probably considered Bakugo for their ranks regardless
