I vote "SHOTOOOO!!!" to be the endeavor intro lol No, but there really is so much that goes on in this war arc and even after it. From this point on, MHA becomes a lot more intense and like a roller coaster of emotions.

Mirko popped off this episode. They theorized that the doctor had given AFO a duplicate(or his actual quirk and he has the duplicate) of his quirk and how he's been alive for so long. The topic of duplication of quirks has been hinted at before too. With Little Johnny having the same warping quirk as All For One(and some nice shoes, may he rest in peace). And most of the Nomu and All For One having the same hyper regeneration quirk. So not only has the doctor been stockpiling quirks, he's also been making his own copies to give to Nomu or AFO. Another little fun fact, when Hawks is thinking of how scary Twice is in the manga, he imagines Twice standing with a bunch of cloned high ends. And as we saw before, his clones can also use the quirks of people too. So yeah. Twice is pretty wild. Really liked the OP and ED. The first step of the heroes trying to catch the villains off guard and things are already not going according to plan. Who will come out on top? We'll have to wait and see. But it's probably going to be emotionally draining either way.

The hero who got Slide-n-Go is Death Arms from episode 1. He's not part of the faculty but was on security duty with Mt Lady and co during the sports festival. This season was off to a great start and although I watch the subs, it's always a pleasure to check out the dub with you guys. It's gonna be an amazing ride!

@@TechnoArpan It could have happened. Hawks had to keep Twice from multiplying too much. He kept Twice at around 10 ish copies, kind of hard to get an exact count, because if twice was able to duplicate freely like he did in deika city he could outnumber Hawk's feathers, and that is only duplicating himself. If twice made say 200 copies, then started making high end nomus, or duplicating Shigaraki (even before his surgery), or One for All, or Gigantomachia, or Dabi, Hawks very much could have died. We have not seen any evidence that killing a source clone kills the later ones, aside from killing Twice himself, so twice could keep a wall of bodies between Hawks and the powerful clones until he finished duplicating the other villains. That fight was largely decided by who struck first, and it was Hawks. If Twice struck first, Twice likely would have won.

This episode blew me out of the water. I’d say they might be stuffing too many chapters into episodes again, but they have full reign here. Horikoshi had some GIGANTIC pictures of some of these faces. Especially Doctor Garaki’s panic faces. I swear those were two pages worth of art each on those pictures alone. So to put into perspective on just how many heroes no matter how big or small they are for this mission, I spotted Gentle Criminal’s classmate that made our elastic friend feel forgotten. I didn’t even RECOGNIZE the guy in manga, but there’s no question the guy covered in bamboo is that hero. We got the Wild, Wild Pussycats brought in, and down their intelligence source with Ragdoll out of commission. (Which you should NEVER forget how scary it is that AFO has a quirk that tells him your name, quirk, and weakness. That’s how he FOUND Deku in season 3.) You got Wash, Crust, and Mirko, all of which are heroes that pretty much only appeared in the top 10 lineup of season 4 right before Endeavor battled the High End Nomu…and EVERY purple jar Nomu is on THAT level. So CITY DESTROYERS. Speaking of Nomu, none of those are the high ends. Those are STILL the leftover scraps we’ve seen the league use from season 1-3. And one I can only say HAS to be the one Dabi was given in season 3. Momo attached a tracker to it at the camp attack and it had 6 arms covered in drills and chainsaws. And was also a unique green color. And to top it all off, I swear to god this is also what truly let me cross Present Mic off the traitor suspect list. (For me) He was the one to bring it up in the 1st place, with Kurogiri, he had a reason to do it, and he’s been away from all danger the entire show. Even in fights he’s had to be at. Not to mention the info he could leak as the best fourth wall joke EVER if he was leaking AFO quirks. This fight? Grabs Dr. Garaki without hesitation and immediately jumps into interrogation. KNOWING this is an AFO base. He is officially clean in my book. Now I can just enjoy this. There is NO introduction, we dove RIGHT into this. I’m SO excited. By the way, the intro song HAS to be taking inspiration from Spider-Man into the Spiderverse. The style is IDENTICAL except…anime. And I LOVE IT. No quirk grades to go over, no upscaling anyone, because we are seeing everyone at their PEAKS aside students. This is an effort to stop 100 THOUSAND people at the same time. And the only way to do it is by attacking with similarly large numbers. Mind you, the Liberation Army members, are in of THEMSELVES pros. They are equatable to the pro heroes. And VERY few villains have even BALL PARKED them prior to Season 5. (Except Stain, but he was a pro hero beforehand) This is going to be FAN FREAKING TASTIC. Know it, love it, the Liberation War arc has arrived at last.

There's always gonna be a dub vs sub argument but My Hero has at the very least been one of the few dubs in memory that has been imo on par with the original sub. I don't blame you guys for waiting for the dub at all. I just watched this dub episode myself last night and I forgot how much more I enjoy this particular anime in English. I just love this Funimation cast! Plus it's easier to keep track of the action in the big scenes because when the scenes are crammed full of as many characters as there are in this season, being able to hear what's going on and understand as opposed to glancing all over the screen at the different subs is just better.
