The way I interpreted him not stealing Dark Shadow after Mineta talked shit is his younger self obviously being more emotional, despite seeming outwardly cold. He probably feels angry at this disgusting weakling daring to talk to him like that, so he's like ''You know what? All of these guys are obviously weak as hell, I don't actually need that shadow quirk, I merely overestimated it.'' and just leaves after giving them the final verbal blow.

We were told previously, that Uravity likes to see people smile. It's a part of her "nature", so she was able to notice that one of the clones was crying which is odd and deduced that the crying one is likely the original Toga. Shinso took control of the Sludge villain as he tried to run off. The acidity of her blood what makes Pinky pink Machia story is basically tragic. He was a person, that was likely kidnapped by AFO and conditioned to be his pet/bodyguard. He has 7 quirks, the more quirks you have the more strain is put on your brain. Machia has so many he's not capable of complex thought. The Nomu surgery the doctor created was done to help reduce the mental strain as much as possible. Machia didn't have the surgery, he was given the additional quirks to better suit AFO's need. AFO is linked to Shiggy by the vestige....Shiggy anger is influencing his personality at the moment. He youth might also be affecting his able to control his anger. Depending on how young he is here, he might be going through adolescent and the flood of hormones that go with something like that.

From the explanation that was given in the episode All for one seems to be getting a mental boost from being in sync with his other self that's in shigaraki, letting him extract more out of his quirks

I still want my boy Mineta to get an actual hype moment. This one was ok, it showed he had some balls which is entirely unexpected. But I still want to see him pop off in a fight. Oh the series to end with him getting a girlfriend.
