It was bakugos own money. He used kaminari to just be dumb to both lift everyone's spirits and distract from his being nice to kirishima. Bakugo didn't steal it from an atm, also bakugo while we don't see his room is actually a very clean person, that people make memes that levi and bakugo would get along

I know it's kinda brushed aside in this episode, but I'm fully onboard with Aizawa in this episode. Anime has this weird trope where the Protagonist and their friends break the rules and they only get a slap on the wrist. Sure, the kids going out worked out in the end, but just because something just so happened to work out doesn't mean it's automatically okay. The wall behind them could've crumbled and crushed them all. Or fell and revealed their location to AFO. In the few seconds it took All Might to get there, he could've stolen their quirks. Or one of the villains could've noticed them sooner and distracted them as they were going up the ice hill. Then instead of flying up, they could've fell directly into All Might and AFO's path. If All Might had to take a hit or two for them, they might not have won that battle. Similarly to when they were going against Stain. If he'd gotten just one lucky hit in, the potential casualties would've risen from only one hero to one hero and three students. Just because it happened to work out doesn't mean there should be no consequence. And just because it happened to work out doesn't mean everything is okay.

Rigidly abiding by rules no matter the situation can be just as bad as breaking the rules.

@@KurNorock Deciding whether or not the law currently fits ur mood and whether to break or follow it isn't the mentality a hero should have though. I think a rule saying a bunch of teens shouldn't put themselves in danger when there's already an operation run by adults to handle the situation, is pretty reasonable. Like imagine Iida and Momo weren't there to keep the others in check, and they just ran out and got themselves hurt or worse. In the end it worked out, but it just as easily could've gone south.

The most obvious examples being NAZI Germany, the Jim Crow and antebellum south, and the current interment and genocide of Uighur Muslims in China. If this show was set in Nazi Germany pre-WW2 would you be saying Deku should obey the law and participate in rounding up the Jews? And the whole "It COULD have gone wrong!" argument is pointless. @@KurNorock Racist and discriminative laws have nothing to do with this situation 💀. I'm not sure in what world you think expecting teenagers to not go fight murderous criminals, is the same as genocide against innocent people. And yes there is always an option for things to go wrong, but that doesn't mean minors should put themselves in dangerous situations. They are children. There were adults ready to handle the situation, but they still went because that's what excitable teenagers do. If Iida and Momo hadn't stopped them when they tried to walk out, do you think they'd all be ok? Those two almost didn't come, they were last minute additions to the team.

I think what Tsu meant when she said it's the same as a villain, is cuz even villain's have their own reasons and causes for breaking the law. To them they could be fighting for a proper cause, like how if someone steals from the rich to give to the poor it's still a crime, but done for the morally right reasons. In the end, although it was to protect a friend, they did something they knew was strictly not allowed. There's a fine line between when that behavior becomes a real issue.

wOOOOO 5:24 oop my smile just vanished remembering that Aizawa gave that expulsion warning (aw and Katsuki cheering everyone up and repaying Kiri) 6:40 from Denkiii;; I read somewhere (a comment or smth else) that he found I'd expect Katsuki to be regular-to-clean 15:18 I always laugh because Iida never compromises his "-kun" thing, tho he easily adapts to her request, so it just comes out here as "TSUYU-CHAN-KUN" -> "call me Tsuyu-chan" ;; Todoroki doesn't do it at all, Izuku's trying, Kiri and Ocha do it, and Iida does it, and then adds a _second_ honorific because everyone stays as a "-kun" and nothing's gonna compromise that, not even a pre-existing honorific Pfft idk how to not overexplain it. Like if Iida calls everyone Ms/Mr, and a med professional said "just call me Dr. S" and seasons later Iida's saying "Ms. Dr. S!" THE LOVELY FURNITURE _yes_ -- I didn't even think about it omg omg these all have probably been recreated so much in animal crossing

I will say this... Horikoshi leaned too heavy into Bakugo's aggressiveness. So it's easy to miss that he's (1) one of the top academically in the class, 2) he's pretty aware of situations and how other people feel so his gestures (easing the tension by using Kaminari to get his money out an ATM), 3) little things like keeping his room in order (especially with his mother) and being a good cook, is very easy to overlook

So fun fact: Bakugo is the only character whom we know has seen Mineta's room. From a cannon novel side series. If I remember right, he described it as gross. It's just dirty posters and magazines The series is called MHA School Briefs. It's purely slice of life stuff. Really funny and adds a lot to the cast

Also according to the author, Bakugo's room is very well organised. He's quite similar to Aizawa actually, in terms of not wasting time/space. In bed by 8PM lmao We know he has a manga shelf cos he's secretly a big nerd. And we like to believe he has at least one AM figure. But that's head cannon lol

Its difficult. Its an anime and Deku is our main so obviously he didnt have a choice. But Tsu was right. Sure not following the rules isnt the same as being a villain. But its a slippery slope. Like, so far the rules kind of make sense. They are children under the care of UA and the state basically. So their priority is keeping the kids safe. So as future Heroes, how can they expect others to follow the same rules that they themselves never respected? And thats where the villains are, right? They dont follow rules that they dont respect. Sure some are just evil. But to others, its more of a rebellion. Like Stains followers.
