In S1 E2, All Might said the wound on his stomach was inflicted 5 years prior by an enemy he defeated. We later learned this was All for One. If he's been hiding since then, it's unlikely he was the villain who crossed the path of Kota's parents 2 years ago. And honestly, even the 5 years sounds short, considering that neither Deku, nor none of the kids seem to have lived in a world dominated by a super Villain. But I guess this could be explained by All Might having already widely eliminated All for One's influence before their actual showdown occurred.
