Don't bother trying to hold back, you are strapped into one hell of a feels-coster and it's just starting its first climb. And yeah, this episode really shows a lot of what makes MHA great. It will acknowledge and even explore the more realistic dangers and hardships being a professional hero entails, sometimes you won't come back from a mission, and how bad that can mess up those left. Yet it does it, as said, in an actually realistic way. Not the far, far to often version of "realistic" that is just an excuse to be overly dark and cynical about everything. Its able to address these facets of the world, and yet still be overall optimistic about things as a whole. That is how you do 'realistic' superheroes, not a bunch of shaky-cam and assholes (Take notes Zach Snyder.) And, going even further, as you said, showing a realistic look at how training works. It isn't some magical "Train=power level goes up=better fighter" type thing. You need to focus on what you want to improve, need to work hard in the right way, and it also fully acknowledges that general skill is highly important too. It's not about some arbitrary 'power-level' where just having a bigger number means you win. It's about knowing how to use what you have as best you can, and being able to learn and adapt as well. So yeah, season 2 was amazing, and season 3.... is already starting off even better. This is going to be one hell of a ride. Buckle up. (Also... gotta admit, Kota punching Deku in the nuts is one of the funniest scenes in the whole show so far, mostly for Iida and Bakugo's reactions to it.)

Well here we go, this the actual start of season 3, it's gonna be really fun and interesting see your reactions. PD: i don't know if you notice because you cut that part but when Mandalay is explaining why Kota hates heroes Deku remembers his encouter with Shigaraki at the Mall, This scene is very important because it shows the bad repercussions that the society of Heroes has on normal people.

This is actually a mistake a lot of fans make here but, deku is the one who has developed his quirk the least because he hasn’t developed it at all. What your thinking of that has definitely improved his his control over his quirk in other words the technical skills Aizawa mentioned. Deku won’t have actually improved his quirk untill way in the future when he eventually can use the full all might 100% with out hurting himself and can therefore work to make his 100% higher than that

Mineta....*ugh* there are few things I've got a problem with MHA like really there isn't much but Mineta is certainly one of those problems. He's awful. Like yeah, he's got some better grades than some of his class but he's still a flat character, and there is really no consequences for his behaviour. People would give him off-handed remark or he'll get slapped but it's only a lesson if you learn. and he doesn't change. In fact, the narrative says it's a-ok for him to be like this. Like I know this is how the real world looks like. Teachers and everyone around prefer to leave it to you to deal with the creep in your class or wherever, but it's still...

Odd Future is visuell a nice Opening but i hate the song.... so i feel you And this Episode shows, why MHA is so well done. I mean. think what we are going trough and in the end, they most people arent stronger since episode 1. In Stuff like Dragonball etc. Everything is growing at the same time: Experience, Technique, Power etc. But this is first of all: Boring. And Secound: unreal. So Yes. I love that handling with the powerscale in MHA.
