12:07 to be precise, He's still in his 45%. but thanks to the combination Fa jin and Gearshift, He can cheat his strength to 120% of his punches (35% in Fa jin, 40% in gearshift) while maintaining in 45% capacity to prevent his support gauntlets from breaking down

I can’t imagined if deku use 100% OFA with fajin and gearshift .it would be 175% OFA and instantly killed Shigaraki even if coated with that thick flesh armour

From the wiki, but basically in other context Deku punched the shit out him so hard his quirk singularity, guessing, forced his Shigaraki persona to become his new body basically hatching out of that shedded snake skin he once had. Being fully Tomura Shigaraki after that since if you pay attention the dialogue AFO is mostly if not is in control of shigaraki in this fight

⁠@@PrincessToknYes even the way he fights. When Mirio says his remarks it brings out the AFO persona. Shigaraki is rapidly charging at them with his fingers while going on long monologues. When AFO gets in control he slowly walks up to Bakugo keeps his monologues shorter and doesn’t immediately rush in until OFA is in the vicinity.
