Hi Beatle Dave, thanks for showing your Hollies LP collection I do have a few of their UK LP's and Stay with the Hollies was the their debut album from January 1964.

Hi Beatle Dave. I love The Hollies and I also love vinyl! However, here in the US a three CD 30th Anniversary set was released by EMI in 1993. @beatledavetherecordcollector Yes. It's called The 30th Anniversary Collection 1963-1993. As I said, it's a three CD compilation. Some were remixed for first time stereo. Some were previously unreleased, and there's quite a bit of studio banter throughout. There's also an in-depth booklet with background on the recordings and recording dates. It's a marvelous set and can be found cheap in near mint condition on Discogs. I bought it brand new when it came out in 1993 and it's my definite go-to when I listen to The Hollies, which is pretty often. Hope you score a copy Dave! Nate

Really enjoyed seeing your collection of Hollies albums, Dave. I have Hollies Greatest in mono and Distant Light, also the I’m Alive single! Graham Gouldman wrote several of their biggest hits and of course went on to great success with 10cc.

I like the hollies too - got a couple of cd box sets they gather everything up - but not much on vinyl outside of greatest his as rarely see them not battered to death ! Thanks for showing these records Dave 👍

Hi Dave, thanks for the run through of your Hollies collection. I must admit I dont have any Hollies albums but know most of their hits. I do really like what Graham Nash did next CSN&Y and have a few of their albums. Thanks for the shout out. The Hollies are my 4th favorite band in the world....I was blessed to see them here in 1983 in the 2nd row in front of Graham Nash....They were absolutely awesome and the harmonies were spot on!!!!

Many, many thanks for this video on the Hollies, one of the great sixties bands, that for me are very underrated, they do deserve more credit than they get for their music. It was through them that I became a huge Graham Nash fan. I went to see him at Nottingham last year or the year before and he was great. You ever get the chance Dave, go and see him. He even signed an album for me afterwards, really nice guy. The thing I like about all of these Beatles channels, your self included, Beatley Tone, Beatle Brad, Joe Mayo, Andrew Dixon and many, many others besides is that it is all done in a friendly and positive tone. Like The Beatles themselves and their music, there is a good spirit behind it of love, peace, friendliness and unity. Everyone is welcome, no one is excluded. If the world was more like the VC and The Beatles Community, maybe it wouldn't be in the mess it's in right now. Thank you for the twist and shout out mate, much appreciated. Nice collection. Small Faces "Whatcha gonna do" is a different tune (though obviously inspired ). The Hollies are covering the Doris Troy hit on Atlantic.

Little Lover on the Stay album was penned by Allan Clarke and Graham Nash. Vintage Hollies was the stereo reissue of The Hollies second album, In The Hollies Style. This album was only released originally in mono except for in Germany. I managed to pick up a double disc single sided test pressing of Vintage Hollies which sounds fantastic. That stereo reissue was on the World Record Club label.
