Omg sorry to hear this. I bought the Le Bambino and it’s too small. I tried to return and they took forever to process my return too. 😢

Sorry for your negative experience, I totally understand you completely lost trust in that brand. I don’t own anything from Jacquemus, the whole brand feels to trendy for my liking 😅🙈

Really sucked at that time but I’m over it now haha.. I feel so too. Initially that’s what I liked about it but now it’s just everywhere to a point , where I’m kinda over it aesthetically as well.. sticking to LV and YSL from now on again haha 💕

😮‍💨sorry this happen to you! I bought mine via Mytheresa, I only had problem with them ones and they instantly refunded me. I also have this hat in white and black, I used at home iron steamer to make it look more smooth, because when it arrived it looked very wrinkly. but I don't feel any coating on it, it's simple jeans material on mine, I used it at the beach and sweated in it on vacations and it looks as new after steaming :O

So sorry that you have a terrible experience with them…i would like to purchase a Jacquemus bag in the future…guess wont be ordering from their website

Yes dear, I would recommend to buy from Farfetch or other retailers so you can avoid their costumer service 😅😅

That’s terrible! You don’t expect such bad customer service when you are paying those sorts of prices. I have never bought anything from them. I find their bags are too trendy and too strange looking for my taste. I am really glad that I didn’t now.

If you really want a bag from them, buy it from another retailer and not directly from them

Honestly, I feel kind of hypocritical but I bought Le petit panier Soli recently because I also do love their bags. This was almost 2 years ago and I feel like they had real issues at that time but hopefully are now back on track with their costumer service. I would never order online with them again though, I bought the bag on Fashionette because their costumer service is immaculate and they had a great deal on the bag! Which bag have you bought or are you eyeing? 😊

Thanks for sharing...Will not spend my money on this brad! I had simillar problem with Christian Louboutin. I have had good experiance with them in stores, but when I orderd shoes online, they send me crooked shoes from manufactur and return and refund was a nightmare. So, that wake me up, that I will not give my money to this brand. And after I found out a lot of bad stories about their online service.

I paid via credit card but I contacted them after 6 weeks and they said it was a renowned company and I shouldn’t worry 🥲

Ein liebevoll und konstruktiv gemeinter Rat: Erfahrungsberichte wie deine kommen besonders glaubwürdig und authentisch rüber, wenn du vorher recherchierst und von dir geteilte Informationen auf Korrektheit überprüfst. Deine Wiedergabe musst nicht perfekt sein, und es kann charmant und liebenswürdig sein, Fehler zu machen. Wir machen alle Fehler. Aber wie der Markenname korrekt ausgesprochen wird (das „s” in Jacquemus wird ausgesprochen) und wie der Designer heißt (Simon Porte Jacquemus) sind schon wichtige Basis-Informationen, die du leicht innerhalb weniger Minuten hättest überprüfen können. Wenn man etwas kritisert und die Basis nicht hat, dann kann das eher uninformiert und unglaubwürdig rüberkommt. Aber es scheint, als seiest du so aufgebracht gewesen, dass du nicht mehr klar denken konntest. Trotzdem danke fürs Teilen.

Haha der vorletzte Satz ist witzig.😅 Nehme deine Kritik gerne an und das Video ist vielleicht auch kein Paradebeispiel für meine Recherchearbeit. Aber wie du sagtest: Das Video war sehr spontan und aus dem Moment heraus. Meine anderen Videos sind besser recherchiert. Danke fürs schauen.😊
