My Hopes & Worries for Star Wars Outlaws

i dont know how many open world games hyped me up and then when they get released i dont buy them...because, open world....

I had seen great potential as it was announced but at the same time I also saw more and more that it would not be the big next gen epic with graphics and technology of tomorrow. For me, what is presented is far too little and the weak technical implementation is far away from AAA and next gen... and absolutely not worth €60-80. For some this will be a disappointment and others are happy with it. We all have different perceptions and quality standards.

yea as much as I would love to have an amazing new Star Wars game to play, I've already written this one off as yet another one ruined by Ubisoft and their DEI social-engineering agenda :( Oh well. We still have Kotor 1 and 2 to replay :) Ubisoft is probably on it's last legs. They reported 500 million Euro loss last year and now the two upcoming games they are relying on, Star Wars Outlaws and Assassins Creed Shadows have a negative public perception ahead of launch. lol oooops.

Nice video, as always. Not the biggest fan of Star Wars, but this game looks interesting. I just somewhat disagree with the point about "wokeness". Watching people get furious at just a pronoun option in Starfield for example is funny, but ridiculous.

I respect that. But it's really deeper than that. It's the agenda behind the inclusion of pronouns that people were upset about. It's a whole thing about top-down mandates from the biggest most corrupt transnational corporations imaginable( like Blackrock ) that are dictating that all games and movies must include their social-engineering propaganda. So it's a much bigger issue than the actual pronouns themselves.

My thought exactly lol. People finding the use of basic pronouns to be “catering to the woke agenda” makes me absolutely piss myself but also slightly worry about these peoples critical thinking skills 💀

@@claudiahayeswynn lol my comment was deleted. But as I was saying, the issue is much bigger than that. It's about the intention behind the inclusion of the pronoun stuff. People are boycotting the top-down mandates that are coming from the biggest and most corrupt international corporations to ever exist, like Blackrock, that are demanding all games/movies include their social-engineering agenda as they try to control culture at large. So it's fine that you disagree with it, but the issue isn't as simple as you alleged.

@@randalthor6872 Companies just do whatever they believe will be profitable. If they believe that catering to progressive values is going to be profitable in the long-run, that's what they'll do. Respecting people for who they are is not something difficult, and making such a big deal out of it is just pointless.

@@stefmyt5062 It's actually a big push globally called "ESG". The more of the social engineering propaganda you include in the product, the higher your "ESG" rating is. It's sort of a credit score for the biggest investment firms in the world. They offer cheap loans to companies that score high on their score board. Also, respect is earned not blindly given. And to force others to participate in a delusion is pretty bad, which is why most of the world does not like the pronoun nonsense. (I'll be surpised if this comment isn't auto deleted. usually mentioning "Environment Social Governance" scores gets censored)

Another woke starwars game pushed by Kennedy Kenndy and the wokesters of Wokisoft, going to flop.(also u cant refund this game when purchased though Ubisoft website, and Ubisoft did say you don't own their games it is licensed and can be removed at anytime.)
