I’ve just got into Hoya plants. They are not very common plants in uk and a bit higher in price. I wonder do you make your own hangers they look great at the window. If you do I’d love to see a video of you making one.🤗

Thank you! I see a lot more varieties from the UK. I don’t make my own hangers, these are from Amazon. Haha I linked it in my Amazon shop, Link in description 💚

You've made a beautiful video, well done! I really like your layout, it's very easy on the eye. I grow all of my hoyas in bottles of LECA and most seem to do very well. It's partly because I have a lot of plants, but limited room, so as jars take up less space... I also found that the soil was making my house smell and I had gnats, oh well. :) I'm just saying what works for me, your plants are beautiful so you're obviously doing the right thing. I hope you have your Sarawak by now. All the very best.

I have all the same Hoyas as you, except the Lisa, instead I have the Retusa, which I didn’t originally like but then I saw the more mature one and I loved how the leaves grouped in little balls of leaves that look like the make a wish dandelion poofs.
@yougrowgail3 жыл бұрын
Oh and I have the Kerii too.
@FelineJungle3 жыл бұрын
Nice!! I've been thinking back and forth about getting a retusa. I'm afraid its hard to take care of cause the leaves are so delicate. Is this true in your experience?
@yougrowgail3 жыл бұрын
@@FelineJungle I had a teeny baby one in the past that I killed pretty quick but I learned I was buying too many baby plants and cuttings that are so much harder to get going. This time I bought a bigger more established plant and so far so good. Haven’t had it really long but it seems pretty easy to tell when it needs water. I will agree though I can tell if I were to forget to water for too long it would be hard to bring back.

Yout hoyas are sooo pretty! Thanks for sharing :) Would be great if you can tell more about growing hoyas or any other plants in leca. I've never done it and very curious :)
@FelineJungle3 жыл бұрын
Oh yes! I can do a video on this! But I basically always have water level below the roots to prevent any root rot. I know some people like the levels to be a little higher. I also add nutrient in the because leca doesn’t have any nutrients.
