My dad started cooking when my mom got sick too! He even entered a baking contest at age 88! Yes please let us know about the ice cream maker. I've always wondered if I should get one. Great haul. I know I’ve mentioned this before but you are the very 1st you tuber I subscribed to and I am being 100% truthful when I say you have been my greatest inspiration since . It would appear that we do t have that much in common - I am a farm girl from very rural Manitoba , am not a professional of any kind , we live Avery quiet , not very social life , not much technology , no tv ect however I DO love all things domestic and my home has always brought me a great deal of joy . You have just helped me elevate my relationship with it & also I have learnt so very much from you especially in the area of organization which I am passionate about ( but not nearly as savvy as you are ) . You remain a true blessing to me and I wanted to take the time to thank you for all you do . Continued blessings to you , Mike and all of your family. I lost both my parents to cancer ( Dad at the age of 58 & Mom at the age of 70 ) - I hadn’t heard that your Mom was diagnosed and it immediately touched a chord with me of course . Nikki, first let me say how great to hear of your mum's improved health status - God is good!
