He does not deserve you. One of my 4th class teacher work mostly as well manage her house holds but most of the time her husband do all work at home cooking cleaning washing every thing they are the best example of husband and wife best nabers we use to exchange food some time and they are always there to help every one in the naberhood we have Christinas , wahabi shiya sunny every kind of in our nabers every one help each other in every condition like if some one get married in there families every one attends that and congratulat each others if some one die or ill they help and give strength each other. Ill conduct is something like promiscuity, bringing shame to the family. Promiscuity is the highest level of ill conduct and tbh, not doing any household work is not even a 1000th of that.

it’s not arbitrary, you’re just ignorant. the hadith describes it perfectly. we understand the quran the way the prophet ﷺ understood it the men are allowed to beat their wives granted he’s already gone through the first two suggestions from allah in surah nisa verse 34 and granted a few conditions are fulfilled 1) can’t hit face 2) can’t cause injury 3) can’t leave a mark although, personally, i’d never do this, if it ever comes to this, in my opinion, the marriage is over. never stoop to an unjust woman’s level and become like her by beating her, just find someone better, younger, more fertile etc

You need to understand the tafsir as well as the hadith about wife discipline, its haram to hurt a wife as well as to put a burden more than she can handle. The sheikh knows more than you are me, don't try to make a fatwa by reading the quran without understanding what it means.

Are you sick in your head? You would beat the woman you have married and hurt her physically, just because she didn't do all her chores? Violence is prohibited in Islam. Educate yourself first, then you can comment in the internet. When you're unsatisfied with your wife you can always divorce her instead of sticking to aggressive and violent methods.
