I have a cleansing cloth or hand towel.made from bamboo and it does have a certain feel and drape to it that is unlike anything except maybe rayon. I haven't clothes shopped in a long time since I have so much stuff still in good, wearable condition. No longer overlaundering or overdrying clothes and using more diluted laundry detergent all help to lengthen the lifespan of fabrics.

Me and hubby have separate bedrooms.,it's absolutely wonderful. We are retired. We get together whenever. I sleep with my 11 lb. Poodle. He is even starting to annoy me! Lol!

My parents had twin beds since before I was born! My mother was tiny - 90 pounds and 5’2” - and my dad was about 200 and 6’4”! He snored and was a cover hog and she’d end clinging to the edge of the bed with no covers as he sprawled to make enough room and be comfy. So, as she told it, after my older brother was born, she said, “That’s enough! I need my rest to chase that boy! We’re getting twin beds!” My dad protested, but she assured him that they’d have reciprocal visiting rights. 😉 And within 2 days, he loved it! Eventually, when my dad was close to 70, his snoring was much worse and she upped the ante to separate bedrooms.

Hi there Renee, loved the pj's. I'm always looking for super soft as well as cool material to sleep in. The gown seemed perfect for me and that peachy pink color is super happy. I liked all of them and the lilac is really pretty. It ia amazing what all bamboo makes into wonderful products. Love it. Glad Randy will be back and your house will be nice and cool. That was really kind your HVAC friend could work you in. Like having a magician isn't it. And a simple capacitor is a blessing as we know air cond repair can be exorbitant. Great that the doggies got to snuggle and be with you. That's also special you go and get your mom to go shopping. I know that means alot to her. Oh and I love that reddish nail polish. I’m a dog person so when I heard How poultice came to you I was hook. Show his Zumiez make my depression go away. Also Maxi is a very handsome schnauzer and being white is not very common pink spotted noses are common in white dogs. Anyway I watch you all the time now and I love everything you talk about picks me up and takes the gray cloud away I lost my pup four years ago and I’m too old to get another because I’m 80 and my daughter also passed away so high would not have anyone to leave a pup to after I’m gone so I get my puppy fixed with your two pups bless you for getting Pollux out of that sad life. It is so good to have access to the store scooters when shopping..hubby uses one wherever we go if available and he has one at home to use for public transportation..we don’t have a carrier on our car which is not set up for scooter transport because of the model of car..I will google GYS pjs..have s beautiful day n truly love your vids..the fur boys are precious to watch..💕

Oh my!...I would have to mortgage the farm if I kept my AC at 68-71°!! Right now it's AM and the windows are open and it's 70° in the house, all ceiling fans are going. I'll close things up in a bit as it's supposed to be 90° today and 100° by the week-end. I keep the thermostat at 78° during the day...do my housework early so it is comfortable to do so. Sounds like Randy had a 4-day vacation in Arizona!!...love all your cute PJ's...quite the selection there!

I have my own room and I love it. My husband goes to bed long before me and before I can fall asleep I have to read my kindle, the light wakes him up, his tossing and turning and sleep apnea machine wakes me up.....we both get more rest sleeping in our own beds. PS. we are retired and you wouldn't believe how many of my retired friends also sleep in their own rooms and love it.

Fast growing yes. My friend loved the look but was advised to pot it to prevent it from taking over the garden. In Marrakesh I walked through a garden of some very tall bamboo where they had made walkways and it was so nice and cool on a very hot day to spend time in there.

What makes those pj's so much cuter is you talking about them. Very Cute! Before my husband retired a couple years ago (May 2020 when the doo doo hit the pandemic fan) he travel to Europe several times a year for 1-3weeks at a time. It's really a nice break to do whatever I wanted while missing him the whole time. I felt the same about having the bed to myself and he slept great too. Beds in Europe feel more comfortable and most lodging has 2 twin beds on a king size bed frame with a wedge filler in the middle. I think its so you don't move the whole mattress when getting up at night and wake the other person. I think we'll be doing that the next one we get...if I can talk him into it. With Pollux in the bed, be careful what you wish for cause you just might get it... our 20lb jack/corgi mix turns into 6ft/100lb (it seems like) in the bed. LOL. Really loving your channel and please give an update on your dipedenia's which is how I found you in the first place and can't wait for all your video's now and looking at the past one's. It looks to me on my device as the palest of light blue....like a watercolor or a wash. You are suited to cool (blue-based) tones since you are either a Winter or Summer now, with your hair in shades of white, silver and gray.

Really cute jammies, Renee! I have some super soft bamboo socks )the kind you lounge around in) and they’re great - warm yet cool. Somehow they keep your feet cozy but not hot and sweaty. I’ve used towels and sheets made of bamboo, too, at hotels and I bought some for a friend because they felt so nice, but I’ve never tried bamboo jammies. It may be time to remedy that! Were you able to actually coax Pollux to sleep ON the bed? And if you were, did he go back UNDER when Randy returned? Or has he developed a taste for a soft mattress? 😄 Looked like you had a relaxing couple of days, except for the A/C, of course. And you got to break in all of your new nightclothes! 💕

What size did you purchase, Renee in the PJ's. Someone said they ran large in the comments (they purchased an XL). I was thinking a Med; I usually wear a size 10. The medium is what their size chart recommended. I really liked the first pair of PJ's you showed.

I have size SMALL in all the pajamas except for the shorts (I have a medium because I didn’t want the shorts to be too short). I think they are true to size. If you typically wear a medium…I think that’s a safe bet in the pants for sure

Wonderfully! I wash mine on a delicate wash cycle with a detergent made for delicates...then lay flat to dry.

My border collie sleeps under my bed. One night in the winter he slept in the bed because he felt the floor was too cold but he has a bed in the bedroom as well. His name is hickory and he's like 9 years old. I get in bed early to watch 1930/1940 movies.

Pollux has a bed in our bedroom but he won't sleep in it. Once in a blue moon I'll find him in it.....but he usually sleeps under the bed.

Thanks!!! Putting your hair in a pineapple is when you use a silk scrunchie to loosly put all of your curls on top of your head. It keeps your curls from being disturbed while you sleep :)

For curly hair….use a silk scrunchie and put your hair in a very very high bunch on the top of your head. Sleep on a silk pillowcase too. This prevents your curls from getting rustled and flatted during the night 😃

Your pj's look nice and comfy bamboo. Wow 👏! I just went to Kohls for slippers, thirty dollars!!! Are you kidding!!! Keith needs a belt thirty dollars and above. What!!! So disappointed 😞!! Under SS retired!!! SS is lousy, I worked 21yrs clerical and HMO. Keith is a Cytologist worked 44yrs in Cytopathology Labs. The thanks we get is no pensions, no 401k bc it crashed in 08 plus no trust fund from my parents and Keith's parents were Military. So it has left us in a world of can't afford it!!! Nice being retired with no cash!!! Keith's last job was rotten AZ which is a right to work State, meaning you get nothing from this State. I am from Long Island NY and should have stayed there!!!
