The Beginning- HOW I Knew Something Was WRONG

Hey, hey! This is my story of the beginning of my second battle with cancer. The year leading up to my diagnosis, the little details that TOLD me something was wrong, and the symptoms that I was experiencing during this time. This wasn't easy to make, I'm not the best with words- BARE WITH ME- but this was the year leading up to the biggest day of my life so far. Here it is!

Me at 14, hyperglycemia, asthma and extreme acne. One week at Mayo clinic in Rochester, Minnesota changed my life. Fast forward 40 years, my wife, severe diabetes, 9 days at Mayo clinic changed her life. Fast forward 50 years, my brother, stage 3 colon cancer, within two weeks seen by Mayo clinic, alive and healthy today! We hope for the best, Emily!

I have stage 4 Mediastianal Melanoma and Stage 4 Metastatic Triple negative Breast Cancer. And I just want to say that my Melanoma had side effects, signs, symptoms, constant sickness and weird things, and misdiagnosis after misdiagnosis for about a year, before they finally took me serious enough to give me a ct scan. And even after they knew I had metastatic cancer of some sort, I took another 4 months till I actually got the diagnosis of Melanoma. Good luck and I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
