Just catching up with the vlogs and wanted to say that the best time my husband and I have are the over nights at the beach ( normally Monterey) with no plans. I treasure every single moment. We have been married over 26 years and we make it a point to take a weekend trip to the coast just to get one on one time since we are both working and he is on the road a lot. The quick unplanned trips are the best. We always have an adventure. ❤

I’m taking a geology class in college right now- and we had to purchase the “Flynn scientific rocks and minerals kit” for class and I thought you and your kids would love to play around with it! It’s a little expensive (about $100) but it’s super awesome and gives you great perspective on different rocks you see in real life- and helps with identifying minerals that are contained in different rocks!! So cool!
