@stevenbrand5341 - There is nothing unhealthy about real butter, real eggs, real ham and real cheese. The white bread is questionable, depending upon who makes it. Most American cheese is not really cheese. But you can get a good substitute for that. What is unhealthy is the chemicals they put in our food. 100 years ago people ate real butter, eggs and meat every single day and lived very long lives. Margarine is the worst.

Substitute chicken, turkey, or beef for the pork & I'm all in. (Some of us don't eat pork.) I love grilled cheese sandwiches. Kind of like a marriage of French toast & grilled cheese with meat. Yum, yum, yummy.
