This is a very simple recipe of a Chuck Roast cooked in the oven.
The result is a tender and moist meat that almost falls apart.
We enjoy this meal sometimes on Sundays and almost always we have leftovers for the week.

For this recipe I used:
3 lbs chuck roast
2 teaspoons salt
Ground pepper to taste (about 1 teaspoon)
1 cup broth (chicken, beef, or bone broth)
half onion in big pieces
half green pepper in big pieces (you can also use red or any color pepper)
