The fact that in her mind their names didn't even matter anymore, just that they're husband and wife. And the twist! At first I didn't like it, I hoped she'd be like that by herself, but then I realized, that's more impactful. 💋

I feel like I always post the same thing about The Husband's when I see it in a video, but I hate when books just drop you into the middle of the situation without context or some background on the main character. I find it hard to root for a character that I know next to nothing about. I didn't hate it, but I think I got halfway, then skipped to the end to see what happened.

All vibes no plot 🥹 p.s. - every time someone mentions astrology I recommend ✨Exalted by Anna Dorn✨ & oh my i think you would LOVE IT 🥰 it is delulu mc + smart ass prose + astrology galore. For reference, Jan gave it 5 stars ⭐️ (i read it bc of her).
