gooooood morning!
i've been trying to have a consistent morning routine for MONTHS so creating this video was the opportunity/excuse for me to do ALL THE THINGS i aim to do each morning. do i wake up at 5AM every morning and workout, study, etc etc etc? no! but i feel much better when i do so it's something i'm striving for. :') some days we sleep in; some days we get things done. i hope this inspires you to wake up and live the morning of your dreams~~

@@jmayborn "unrealistic" is a very relative term. There are actually people who have trained themselves to do specific things routinely, for years, even decades. The same way some people routinely wake up late, check their phone for hours in bed, then watch tv. Maybe it's unrealistic to you, but not to them

@@mew9797 Yep, I know. I wake up at 6 am and I also have my morning routine. However, sometimes it seems like some people's mornings are way too perfect. For example, getting up at 4 am and being super productive straight out of bed. Not a single second wasted. Although It is possible, I doubt it happens every single morning.

Same , if i wake up at 5 am my mom yell at me because i waked too early , if i wake up at 9 am she yells at me because i waked up too late

This was me for like 3 solid months during lockdown, it was depressing! And even though I still do that every now and then, now I am waking up at 5 and 6am each morning because I really understand now how much it makes me happier to relax in the morning for 3 hours or so before work. The way I made it a habit was by making sure I had things I wanted to get out of bed for. For me, this was things like going on a morning walk with no one around and reading a book on a bench, tidying the kitchen and making my house feel fresh & clean, or just playing one of my fav games on the Playstation for a few hours. I wrote all of the things down that I want to do in the mornings, and keep that piece of paper next to my bed to look at before I go to sleep. I also keep myself excited and positive for waking up early by watching calm videos like this and adding things to my health & fitness Pinterest boards 🙂 Hope you get closer to where you want to be, too. We can do it

i started waking up at 5:30 this week and i think what's helped me is having some sort of routine to stick to! i use tiny gain so i get a notification that shows over my alarm so i can see it and think "ugh i already have to do something today"

My routine: Press snooze Press snooze Press snooze Press snooze *realises time* Oh sh- Runs around like a headless chicken Runs out the door late Misses the bus Sits in the car awkwardly while being lectured by my mum Get to school (aka jail) Repeat the next day. 😊

There is not any tip just you know this is exam time just think you have to become something in your life and you have to study harder for this my parents says that if you work hard now you will not have to work hard after your job.

Woooow, when do you guys go to bed? I like to start studying at 8, but I can't manage to go to sleep before 11 pm so that's the way I make most out of the day while still getting enough sleep. Starting to study at like 5 would probalby leave me feeling awful in the afternoon!

My daily routine : 1_Waking up at 5o'clock 2_drinking warm water 3_washing , praying , talking to Allah and reading holly Quran 4_work out 5_coffee with writing my blessings and posting a motivational post with nice song on my page or my group 5_breakfast 6_brushing teeth and getting my room tidy 7_ getting ready to go to my job 8_after coming home , having lunch and taking a nap 9_after the nap reading a good book or learning languages 9_watching social media 10_at night , message to my scalp ,and taking care of my skin , praying ,reading holly Quran,sitting and talking to family watching TV , having lunch , writing thoughts ,to do list for the next day , som stretching moves , reading an Agatha Christie story or watching it as a film , brushing teeth ,then sleeping

Nobody asked, but heres my morning routine for school: -Get up at 9:10 because my mom is nice enough to wake me up and give me something small to eat -stay on my phone until 9:45 -join my first period at 9:45 - sleep through first period -go to second period -3rd period is fun, because i get alternating days off. 2 days off, then 2 days in a health (its fun because i have a nice teacher) - i go to fourth period and semi pay attention - i go to 5th period, english, and dont pay attention the whole time.. i hate the teacher with everything lol - i go downstairs for lunch, which my dad has prepared for me (thank you dad) Its 1 pm my now - i go to 7th period, im forced to pay attention because the teacher is rude and downgrades us - last period, algebra, i pay attention but its boring and difficult -after school i go to my bed and go on my phone for an hour or two - take a 3 hour nap - eat dinner, go back to my room and on my phone -at about 11:30 pm i start homework - finish homework at about 1 am - go on my phone until 3 am, then i pretend to cuddle into a fictional character and sleep. -repeat

So my morning routine is waking up, sitting on my phone for like one hour straight and then doing nothing until I have a meeting I should look presentable for, so I run around my house 5 minutes before it starts and after it's over I watch netflix and then maybe I do some work and then eventually I get tierd and sleep again at like 12 pm. So quarantine live goes great for me yea

I’m relearning life after a wake up call I needed for my mental health. I was writing a new routine for myself bc my belief is if you write your goals, you’re committed. I was struggling to fill in free time gaps and your video really helped me fill those in and they’re things I like. My morning routine 4:30am:wake up and look on instagram for 3 minnutes 4:40:pee, take a shower and get dressed 5:00: eat first half of breakfast and study 6:00:eat second half of breakfast and study until 8 No skincare routine because IDGAF And that's my morning routine

I would love to try this, but my best friend is that type of person how go to sleep at 5am and she wants to chat until that time so she always makes fun of me if I say I want to ho to bed before midnight :(

ı try your routine this week :)) day 1-today is so productive for me watch the sunrise is the best meditaton It was not difficult for me to get up at 5 o'clock because I normally woke up around 5: 30-6: 00.

fellow morning peeps! i start work at 5 am 😅 so i’m normally up around 4, it’s not so bad. and as much as i like to sleep in, i like having a full day to get things done!

I too enjoy waking up early even though I can't be consistent for long. I have anxiety and insomnia bc I am a business owner, but when I do manage to wake up at 5 am or 6 am (and I have a resting 7-8 hours sleep) I eat, take a long walk and the jump into work. I would be so stressed out if I would waste so much time with yoga, workout and morning pages. I understand that you enjoy those activities but I would have slept in or done anything else :)) There is that saying: time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time. I usually do my morning pages at around 12 when I am kinda tired of my work and I just want to take my mind off work. (I am a fashion designer)
