Mr. Bald, don't be surprised if 20 years from now you're back in London in a hotel on a short break from your travels and you walk out of your hotel room to look for your motorbike and there by the front wheel of your bike is your Nepalese friend that has somehow and miraculously made his way to London to thank you. LOL..... Its kind of like you going back to India 20 years later to find the hotel owner that prayed for you and to pay respects to the God that saved you and made you better when you were sick. I know the story is somewhat comical but I guarantee you the your gesture to the Nepalese man will be etched in his mind forever. A gesture like that to a fellow man is a gesture to the Gods. Again, Mr. Bald, great video and great story.

I often drift away in my own imagination when I pass strangers by.....wondering where they came from or where they are going to. That young boy was in his teens, with no food, no water, no bags or belongings.....he didn't look sad, or lost...he didn't look injured or afraid. What an enigma! Jumped on the back of a stranger's bike and travelled for hours without asking to stop for fear of going too far from 'home' wherever that may be. He didn't frown or cry at the thought of being left alone...he simply smiled and gazed around...Wow! I could literally write a book about that boy and how he ended up sharing such a mysterious journey with a stranger from across the globe.....mile after mile sitting so close together, but each person's thoughts so many many miles apart.

He stayed so long that when my mom handed out money for allowance he'd be in the line too with his hand out. Needless to say she didn't slight him and gave him the same amount. As time went on I thought mom would be putting him through college too. When he did leave he never ever forgot us and would come back to say thank you. There are lots of orphan children that once grown up have no home. For example look at SOS childrens village. I sponsored a child from there. As a sponsor you donate so much per month so a foster mom raises a child. You can also donate to their bank accounts so they can go to college or have enough to get their own place once of age and no longer foster age. Or you can send them presents or clothing.. I sponsored a child from there. That's what he reminded me of. Because he had no where to go and no idea where to go. Sos children village is in my opinion best place to sponsor children because the children benefit and have help. It's not a greedy company that collects more than it gives. And you can actually visit your sponsor child if you wish. I actually watched for his name because he looked like an older version of a boy I once sponsored.

He trust you Mr. Bald bcoz you look so kind. Thank you for being so kind to.a young guy like him who seems to be lost. God bless you.

I watched the whole video and it felt like a journey of some sorts, of which even I was the part. So the three of us. You, me and Hemraj. Do you still think of him? He seemed like a runaway boy, with no particular destination in mind and the one who would do anything just to get by. Do you still think about him? Do you think how hard it must be for some young guy like Hemraj, mentally, emotionally and financially, to end up on the streets, with seemingly no connection to his parents or just about anyone to look after him? I really wish him well, all the opportunities that he needs to turn his life around, and from the nondescript, sleepy town of Leh comes shining to a global front someday. Thank you B&B for helping him. Thank you for your patience. You never know how long a way an act of kindness shown may go for someone. Thank you once again.

Hi! Yes I think of him sometimes especially when I see the video. I'm hoping someone sees it one day and says hey I know that guy! Also I'm thinking to return to Ladakh to look for him. Would make for an interesting film I think. Anyway I hope he's ok 🙏

@@niketkumar2153 I don't think he is mentally ill, maybe he was abused by the parents, even raped..who knows...but I could see from his eyes that he suffered so much that he doesn't really care any more and he is disconnected . But mr bald made him smile, I hope the boy will regain faith in human kindness and he will meet more and more mr balds

@bald and bankrupt - you have a big heart, mate! Good on you for helping a poor lost soul! I agree with Harald - this might be one of your best videos, although your Russia adventures are fun too! Ladakh seems completely different from the lower parts of India - so uncrowded and serene... Thank you for showing us such beauty!

Mr bald, this is the video that touched most hearts, I could not stop reading all the comments that are full of love. Mr bald you owe it to the viewer to give an end to this emotional story as evinced by the comments. As a child I remember seeing a movie “dagli Appennini alle Ande” telling the story of a child looking for his mother. It was very moving and every kid was crying throughout. I will dream about it tonight, and also dream of your quest in search of the boy in India or Nepal. Probably he is looking for you too. God speed.
