Hi! Thx for sharing your experiences! I finished my mandala 1 week ago, feeling more and more great about it! The energy is definitely coming, feeling in my body in my head very often throughout the day! Making your own changes, turns is more easy, less compulsive actions. Separating from the mind chatter is not happening for me yet, however i practiced Isha kriya as well 4 months before. And i feel connection especially with trees :))

I love knowing how Shambhavi and yoga in general is affecting people especially in a positive way in their lives so more videos please lol. For myself I got initiated this past January, the experience and everyone involved was great. I have been doing the practice but because of my own personal commitement and flat out lazyness I have not done my 40 day Mandala, but been doing it since then with only a few days missed. I can definitely notice the benefits, less reactionary, calmness of the mind, more energy and more. 🙏

A mandala is valid if you commit successfully 40 days along, 2 practices a day.. One day missed = you have to go back to day 1.. It is required for ojas to build up a strong basic layer. Spiritual paths are not for tourists. I dont mean you are one, sorry, and am glad you are getting some of it but you have to understand you will only receive according to what you may give and any creativity for now is out of your capacity, you will merely weaken the process.

You didn't need to explain how shambhavi mahamudra changed you. The glow in your face was unique and those eyes clearly distuinguish you from other common people. That was enough to let us all know about the effects of Shambhavi Mahamudra

Namaskaram. I got initiated today online. I made the exact same mistake as you did. I expected to have tears of blissfulness and ecstacy rolling down my eyes. But all that happened was, i felt an upsurge in my energy levels to a point where my body was moving uncontrollably. But apart from that, I felt nothing on an emotional level. I felt really down because I was expecting it to be like a magical process. But watching your video made me feel better. Thank you so much! 💖

@@MusicDuess You cannot get initiated during inner engineering. You can get initiated only after you complete engineering. The initiation session is also called the Completion Session. I got initiated online.

Even before shambhavi, i used to have a pretty good intuition, but after the practice, it got better. • I can withstand hunger and cravings much better. • I can feel the upsurge in my energy, which is super helpful for manifestation. Therefore, most of my goals are achieved. • I stopped getting sick often and even when i do, i recover super quick.

Everything will be just fine. Only the volunteers will be watching you. You wont be interacting at all with anyone. I am sure you'll feel comfortable on the very first day itself. I too was initially feeling the same but all of that faded away as soon as the program began. I hope this helps. You can do this. 😊❤️🙏

@Rohit Pawar Namaskaram bhai, i have completed my inner engineering online course in October 2019 and completed inner engineering completion online (Shambhavi Mahamudra) in October 2021. This is because of COVID. So gap doesn't matter to complete the course. But yes from personal experience i can tell. Sooner you complete this sooner you will realize the power of Shambhavi. 🙏🙏

Hi @Rohit Pawar, yes you will learn a couple of meditation techniques in the first part of IE. After that you may want to keep doing Isha Kriya till you learn Shambhavi. It will help you prepare yourself. Hope this helps. Stay blessed 😇

I was also initiated on 1st may. I too had sky high expectations. And felt nothing. But I have promised myself to complete mandala even if I do not get anything positive out of it. And continue this whole year before trying something else. I'm sure I would not have to leave it.

For committed people it works. It can fire-up quickly, after a week or so, or slowly, a few weeks/?months practicing, depending your karma, ie your own mind/body organisation (practicing yoga/meditation on your own before helps to hasten the process i would say, though not confirmed by anyone in this opinion, pure guess). You have to understand it is a spirit you are dealing with, not a mere techhnique. Some people report it does not work for them, usually they are in the first stages of the process, and i dont know? may fall in impatience and frustration. For whoever genuinely willing it to happen, it does.
