So im not entirely sure how Reasoning would work in this deck. Unfortunately in contrary to the video, you CANNOT summon MIQ off of it because Reasoning only works on monsters that can be nomu'd. I decided to ultimately replace that with Gadarla the mystery dust kaiju. It's great monster removal, it's insect type so it can be searched out if need be AND it's a wind attribute so you can out Floo's barrier statue with it

Sometimes I find it hard to grasp the different effects and plays with deck builds. Would be great to visually see it in action via an online duel for example to help understand the deck build better.

So I just thought I should mention, I made it to Plat with this Deck. It was around the same day I made the deck and only a few days after starting Master Duel, so I didn't really understand how that was a milestone at the time (since I didn't fully care about the rank system) I got knocked out of Plat QUICK but just thought it was worth a mention. There aren't many ways around the Queen/Spider x2 lock

How are you supposed to use Pinch hoppers effect? You cant even use it as material for something. It misses timing and i can't think of any way to send it properly

@@stinkyroadhog1347 usually from being destory by battle. There are a few other ways but they're a bit more niche, can't remember off the top, but the main takeaway is that it won't activate when tributed

@@zioncommand I hope we get more great moth supports cause I dont think this is enough lol. also wouldnt two ultimate great moth be good in the deck or mabe one magical mallet... because the issue is that the one spell card special summons an insect from the deck. so if ultimate great moth in hand, its a brick lol what u think?

litterally sat at work and wrote out a deck list for this 2 days ago. only real difference i saw was i did 3 parasite paracide and 3 jade insect whistles. You can tribute your opponents monsters from queen right? if you change them to insects first

Reasoning doesnt work with insect queen? Because it says that you have to excavate cards until you excavate a monster that can be normal summoned / set. Insect Queen can only be summoned by card effect; not normal summoned/set?

So i have a question regarding the "impenetrable wall" with the queen and the block spiders, as in what can destroy it? I believe a card that can change the monster type like zombie world or dna surgery would work. But is there anything else that would be able to beat that lock.

You cannot attack because you can only attack block spider and because there are two, you can't target either of them. MIQ makes all other insects on the field gain targeting immunity and destruction by card effect immunity. The only way to break this lock is to destroy MIQ with card effects, banish MIQ or non target banish one of the block spiders. You can also non target spin or bounce those monsters or flip them face down

I've been having fun with my own Insect Queen deck recently, but I didn't find Pinch Hopper useful because it's always missing the timing. How are you making him useful in this deck?

Hay??? So I used to run 3 pinch hoppers. There is a down side I've learned, pinch hopper can miss timing with its effect.

Hi, I'm new to yu go oh and I have a question. When you have your "impenetrable wall" as you call it. What's stopping anyone attacking the block spiders? They're easily destroyed with low defence. Or is it a case of its unlikely you opposition will survive 3 turns with metamorphosed insect queen attacking it

The effect makes It so your opponent can only attack that one block spider, If you have two of them on the field you create a lock, your opponent cannot attack at all.

I recommend running 6 normal monsters. 3 for giant ballpark with high attacks (Squadder) and 3 with low attacks for gokipoles destruction effects (Kuwagata alpha)
