Excellent interview video Josh . Very impressed by you young man. Dreams do come true!! I got my dream job from when I was only 7 years old..I said to my family I will work at Disney World one day. Lived life across over in Europe for about 14-15 yrs came back to the USA grew up and now I work for Disney . My best to you and cant wait to watch the rest of your vlog videos.

Great interview Josh! I do have a question. Did he say how many people he has under him? It sounds like he has a lot of different entertainment venues to manage. 4 months on 2 months off.... does he keep a residence on land (rent or mortgage for a house he will be in only one-third of the year)? Does he maintain a family (wife, kids, etc) since he's been on the ship for 20+ years?

I love carnival but have never understood the need for an ED. He has shown that one person can head the entertainment department regardless of size of the ship. I felt like when they introduced the ed position many great cruise directors where demoted from department head to glorified emcee.
