Frankly, this is one of the best presentations I have ever seen! They know all the numbers. They even know how great their supply of barrels is. They have an eco friendly approach. This is an excellent couple. How sad that so many people come into the den with little or no idea of what their numbers are or of why they are asking for their asking price. Well done 👍🏼

Pretty nifty idea, we used to buy old whiskey barrels at farm auctions to be used to hold water for our horses, when you got them you could smell the whiskey from the inside which was cool.

They got 50K of free advertising. And they presented so well that they would have generated a massive amount of business. And I think Peter was unfair. It would be impossible for them to actually quantify how much business growth the Dragon's investment would achieve. If Peter got on board, business may quadruple. If Jenny invested, they would probably go bust.

You think they're there in order to make you feel good and help small businesses succeed? They're just trying to make profit, you don't get to their capital by doing charity. They're going to go hard on the pitch in order to see if there's any problems the entrepreneur isn't telling them, they want to get a bigger cut for the value they add. Also most of the "deals" on the show never went through because of some problems that were found later on when the deal and product is being investigated properly. There's a reason why they dig into these companies.

If only they had a crystal ball and seen the world we now have! Everything sold online not being able to go to a shop to buy gifts for our socially distant friends/family. Their website looks great, tartan/tweed touches and monogrammed rivets definitely something I'd buy as a gift (if a little pricey). Shows you the Dragons don't get it right every time!! Jenny is very wealthy, the issue is, she really isn't a dragon in a sense like the rest of them when they see something good they take punts and invest in things. She has a mindset of a banker so she is gonna think as a banker, she only invests in business that have a profit and she can gain profit from her investment, basically a established business making money whereas other dragons invest in people and there ideas majority of times.

Writing this just after the pitch, and before the dragons did their bit. Why would you buy this? Why would the fact that the oak for the frame came from a cask that was once in a particular distillery matter? Why not just a framed photo in a gift box with a bottle of Laphroaig? Why not just the bottle?

To the ask what the 50 000 would've done they should've answered that what they are looking for is new doors opening from the partnership with a dragon and with that relationship the 50 000 will make the company ready to grow into that increase in demand. I think that was actually their plan.
