My INWARD BIKE gets worse if I LOSE in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe

Inward bikes are the least used vehicle class in MK8Dx, so what would happen if I tried to survive 10 races with only inward bikes? In this installment of Mario Kart, but with a TWIST, I will be playing 10 races on inward bikes, where if I place below top 3, my combo gets NERFED. Will I be able to survive all 10 races? I actually find inward drift to be pretty fun and I use it pretty frequently to mix things up. There's even a few courses where I prefer it.

Comet has the EXACT same stats as Yoshi Bike, that doesn't count as a downgrade 😅. Jet Bike is also fully identical to Sport Bike. There are only 3 inward drifting groups.

@@MarioGod853 It's debatable since you could get boxes and some shortcuts easier with bigger hit box but also you could get hit easier too. Honestly the real downgrade are the aesthetics.

To make it even harder use inward with 2 player split screen. Like that you can barely see the track infront of you during corners.

do this with 4 people with your switch undocked on 200 cc. But I guess the 2 player split screen online would be more chaotic though.

Jet Bike main here. It's true that some things are just significatnly harder or outright impossible to do cleanly with an inward drifting bike (e.g. the first jump on Gold Mine, the Piranha Plant cut on Ninja Hideaway etc.) and it's kinda sad. Wish Nintendo would give inward more love/buffs. Sure I could use or get used to something better, but I never really got into another group of vehicle. Maybe cuz I don't wanna be a meta slut? And I also just like the design of Jet. I don't know, but at least I'm not doing too bad 😅

Comet and yoshi are the same. Sport and jet are the same. And horse is the worst lol. Comet i think feels better turning actually. Having a nice traction stat also really helps bikes cut through the track

Ninja hide away sucks for inward don't feel bad. I use inward and I hate ninja hide away on inward. ESPECIALLY on 200cc its not even worth it. You have to break drift so often to not fall off or to keep lines.

It has lower traction compared to jet/sport bike but that’s pretty much it. I couldn’t really feel the difference but I do main the jet bike just because of the looks.

@@Sonicfan2117 yea I don't really feel the difference between master cycle or the jet bike, but I'd assume higher weight with lower traction would make you slide more when you drift and also less MT boost. But the weight and traction difference isn't big enough to be noticeable. I usually prefer higher speed than MT for inward drift but sometimes the green shy guy with the yoshi bike is too adorable to pass on.

@@bananabob4753 Jet Bike and Master Cycle are pretty similar with my combo Link Master Cycle (Jet bike for comparison) or Blue Falcon Rollers Hylian Kite The stats between the 2 frames are highly identical I prefer slightly more speed without focusing too much on Mini Turbo That is pretty cute combo And You’re actually right about weight and traction They both are pretty similar But not a big difference
