I am so excited that you lucked out on such a nice sized place! This is even bigger than what I had when I was in Japan, and I was living large lol. I can't wait to see what changes you make!

Thanks for supporting. It was definitely grace of God because I really thought I was going to get a hall way as an apartment!

Wow, it's really cute and I can't wait to see how you fix it up. I heard that it's expensive to get rid of things which is why you might have "inherited" so many items. 😁 Keep up the awesome, Miss Autumn! 💖

@@_autumnmatic Autumn try brushing your teeth in the shower! You can keep a bucket next to the faucet just for that until you get a better solution.

None of the apartment is my choice of decor. It’s from 5 or 6 different peoples decisions. I’m redecorating it all now

Dude. I am craving for Twizzler for quite some time now. I think you are the only person I know who likes them. Savour every moment. You can't find them here. idk, but most of the past videos, the audio level is quite low. I fully maxed out my headphone speaker volume. You should really have the shower door open most of the the time after use. It's the only way to dry the room and or have the fan on. btw, you will need to pay small fees to throw large items away. I am thinking the past guests left it there because they didn't want to pay the fee. 15:40 Those 2 poles are for drying your clothes. Breathing your teeth in the kitchen sink. I have done that. You are not the first. I also bathe my baby a few times in the kitchen sink. It's quite deep you know. You don't need to turn off the black knobs for the gas every time after use. Maybe if you will be gone for a week. You mentioned a card and snow tires. What car do you own??
@_autumnmatic
@_autumnmatic 2 жыл бұрын
Sorry about the audio! I will work on improving that! Also thanks for all the advice! I think my car is a Mitsubishi. I don’t know the make and model though. And thanks soooo much for watching my videos

Please remember no matter if you stay in Japan days or years, the people of Japan will always treat you like it’s your first day there. You or I am not Japanese nor will we ever be considered as such or part of the community. This is not meant to depress anyone, accepting this one fact will go along way to adjusting and keeping your sanity lol. Good luck 👍🏻

I'm going to be going to Japan with the JET Program in August this year. What is your recommendation for how much to bring for start-up costs?
@_autumnmatic
@_autumnmatic 2 жыл бұрын
Most message boards say around $4000 but every situation is different. I would definitely start at $4000 but if you could bring more then that wouldn’t hurt

I never heard of Japanese people not having "purses", where did you hear that? I live in Japan also and every single woman I see has a handbag as we call it in the UK. Cute apartment btw.

My supervisor is paranoid and explained that Japan is dangerous. I personally know this isn’t true but to appease him I don’t carry a purse anymore. He’s hilarious
