Voiceplay also does an excellent cover. You still get a super deep voice in Geoff (he can more than hang with these guys), but intead of drums and instruments you get Layne Stien who's arguably better. He's the group's vocal percussionist and can BE drums, and a door creaking open then closed, and on and on (he really shines in their cover of the Halo Theme song). You also get some higher voices with lots of power and presence in them. Also you get a full production with costumes and scenes and the whole thing. Voiceplay is also known as the the "Theatre Kids" of a-capella groups.

You should also watch Pentatonix, Home, free, Peter Hollens, and Mike Tompkins My favorite Pentatonix songs are "Mad World" and "Sound of Silence" Matt Sallee, their new bass (After Avi Kaplan left) has some good range, but Avi Kaplan goes real low in "Natural Disaster", he was the Bass of the group at that time

Bass Gang is composed of NOTHING but bangers, so anything you want to watch by them is excellent content. Even their worst stuff is better than most people's best stuff.

Might I recommend you check out 'My Mother Told Me' by Jonathan Young ft Bobby Bass & Colm McGuinness? It will make you soul shake like a leaf.

Two other great versions of this song are Soundgarden featuring Peyton Parrish, and VoicePlay. Soundgarden (on its own) is the original version.

Castellucci's Misty Mountains rendition is amazing: kzbin.info/www/bejne/e6POp2RjlN2Fbbc Or even better is it done by Johan Karlström & The Danish National Symphony Orchestra: kzbin.info/www/bejne/q5OrhIRjrNpqntk

It's a great cover, but personally on this one I prefer the original or Duet version by Miracle of Sound. This one seems to be missing something and has a weird time signature switch that throws me off toward the end of the "Wind and the waves" section. Like, I'm sure they know what they're doing and I just don't understand weird time signatures, but it throws me off. Voiceplay's cover is a damn close second to the original for me though.
