The Valhalla Calling cover is ACTUALLY insane. Geoff hits and holds a b0, and Eli, the bald guy, hits an insanely high note in that as well and sustains it. That whole group is just... far too talented.

Yes, you're saying it right. Geoff as he said it in one of his tutorials, says his name is pronounced as Jeff. I definitely recommend checking out Voiceplay's other covers, like Enemy from Arcane, and some of the viking covers like My Mother Told Me and Valhalla Calling where the other members share the spotlight as much as Geoff does.

A fun one with some meaning (to them) is voiceplays cover of the Halo Theme. Only 3 words in the whole cover. They still cover it well. There is a message after by their visiting former member Scott Porter, former because he's now an actor who among other things had a regular role in the series "Friday Night Lights" as Jason Street. You get Geoff of course, but it really showcases their non 'singing' talent as well as the amazing sound effects Layne Stein can pull off. In fact Layne replaced Scott as their main beatboxer/vocal percussionist many years ago.

My personal favourite of Voiceplays is "If I were a rich man/girl", you get to hear all of (then current) Voiceplay in that one plus an amazing featured lady artist. Some members leave and new ones join over the years. If you want the one that (I personally think) showcases the bearded guy in this one, then it's "Queen in 5 min".
