Luna's optionals may not be meta NOW, but Strange IW, Fat Thor, SS black, new Blade, were very good when they came out, so most everyone should already own them. And they dont need to be equipped on the toon, just owned and leveled up to provide buffs. Plus, isn't Strange IW uni a gold uni now? No reason not to pick at least that one up for the buffs.

I have t4 luna and I bought her uniform. She’s very strong (on par with my other t4s in pve content) and very easy to play. I must say this is the best-looking uniform the game has ever had, both her design and her skill animations. I can’t put into words how GORGEOUS this uniform looks but man it’s just so beautiful

IMO Luna looks boring. And I agree with the other comment that this is more winter seasonal; the only thing that makes this a "summer" uniform is that same argument with Storm - that one skill has that umbrella asset. They can literally change any of those into christmas decor and boom, winter uniform. Warning, design philosophy essay incoming from a nitpicky artist: The thing I like about her is her dark blue/white/black color scheme which is tied to her powers and her name (luna/moon/ice/popstar in the morning; superhero at night) - basically the crux of her overall character design. Now, it's fine to change color scheme from time to time but at least have a few hints of her old color so people would recognize that it's still her; like a black/dark blue hair highlight or even the ribbon/bow and a few of the frills of the dress or some of the snowflake patterns. Purple and white are also too complementary and bright, it needs a 3rd dark color to contrast the brightness of that combination (probably a more personal take). tl;dr - needs a 3rd color to contrast the brightness of purple/white, most preferably her iconic dark blue color.
