As others have said, double pressing the start button does batch items, immediately re-running the same burn. It has to be a quick double press. If it's too slow, it'll just pause and un-pause the machine. My problem is that it tends to jostle the machine and items on the bed, which won't be an issue using the jigs like you have. They're selling both a button and foot pedal that will move the functions of the button off of the machine so it won't jostle. I've pre-ordered the button, should be shipping in the next few weeks.

I have been doing something similar, a couple of things I think I have discovered, the F1 can cut larger than the metal insert, I have been able to cut templates that are a snug fit using the F1. Second, I bought an assortment of M3 screws on Amazon, I prefer having a couple in place top and left then butting the template up to the screws, I find it easier than popping out the metal tray thing. Great video, really informative!

Good Morning Sir, I am entertaining starting a side business to make some extra cash to help support my family and wondering if the F1 would be the tool to start with? The print area seems small but like you’ve mentioned in a few other videos it’s the small stuff that sells. I was thinking of starting with engraving as my first offering with the business so that’s what lead me to the F1. I can’t afford the F1 Ultra, do you think the F1 would be THE tool to get to start the business and get my foot in the door? Thank you for your time and video creation I enjoy watching them.
@TheClackShack6 ай бұрын
I believe that most any tool can be used to make money with the right approach. I recommend figuring out what you plan to make and then selecting the machine that is best suited for that. I can tell you that there are some bigger diodes out there for similar price that would give you a bit more capacity. They wouldn’t be as portable if you plan on doing shows.
@TheExtremeElementz6 ай бұрын
@@TheClackShack thank you for the response. I really think (as much as I wouldn’t want to lol) going to the shows would be the fastest way to get my name out there and make money. Portability at least initially would be a big selling point for me. I’m sure people love seeing the laser do its thing so the fact that it’s enclosed keeping everyone safe is a good thing too. Thank you again for responding. Cheers from Wisconsin.
