Thing is, I don't think he has been serious these past years with training and diet, after he lost Olympia 2016 he stood in a way point, either to take more stuff (idk if he did before but IF he did then he would need more) or just quit. I think he quitted and focused on having a good time, living of sponsorships and Ad Revenue, getting money from Fit App, Vanquish and now MyProtein. He already made his bucks in the industry so I actually think that he is a bit soft now and just enjoying life. He is also getting older, his ''freaky'' days are over and yeah, now he does what he wants. He will probably maintain his current physique and upload more random shit on KZbin but I doubt that we ever gonna get a real comeback.

Richard Rahl he is natural, is he a lifetime natural tho? Definitely not, but once you come off PEDs and your body recovers and reaches homeostasis you are in a natural state. It takes time tho, that’s why professional athletes are only banned for 1-2 years for using steroids. Because in that time frame their body will return back to normal and they won’t have a noticeable advantage

Richard Rahl it depends what you’re using, how high the dosage was, and the duration. Just because you use 200mg of test a week, doesn’t mean you’re gonna look like Calum von moger. You can still look natty while running steroids on low dosages and taking 1 compound like test. You may have an advantage when you get off but that depends on how much actually permanent tissue you built while using the drugs.
