There is a concept in Christian psychology that states that all of God's creation living and nonliving things are sensitive to divinity ,and to our thoughts and speech. That's how God created the world and Jesus rebuked the wind. God spoke to the fish that swallowed Jonah and the lions in the den that Daniel was thrown into. The list goes on and on.
