I used to believe envy & jealousy makes you a bad person. Really, it just hurts us to see - the life of a person we envy reminds us of what we lack and desperately want... I have dealt with this by being grateful and happy for them , in the same way I would want others to feel happy for me and my future success.

Meditation, abhyanga, working out, conscious cooking and eating, and the evening gratitude prayer are all things I incorporate in my life - and it's all thanks to you. I try to stick to it every day, and it has been a beautiful experience. Thank you for shedding light on several positive rituals to help enlighten us and to help us grow.

Finished my morning meditation, scrolled Insta, stumbled across your dancing video, which brought me here to watch this video!!! It resonated with me sooooo much. Thank you for sharing. Healing from past traumas can be really dark and lonely. But these last 2 months I am learning just how resilient I am. This video helped me realise that my jealousy stems from looking at others doing well in the field that I am trained in and want to be apart of. This also allowed me to see that my healing journey although it has been extremely challenging for not only myself but those around me has also been necessary in my personal growth. Releasing old beliefs that don’t serve me and making space for new ones to take their place. Love your honesty, your authenticity and your relatability, warm hugs Rach

Basically everything you shared in that interview made me think of myself. This is exactly how I felt in the past 2 years when I realized I didn't know what I was good at and if there is anything that I can share with the world. Anything that I could possibly contribute to help heal myself and others in the process. I didn't trust have in myself (still working on it) and my capabilities and was afraid to face the fears and go through them to understand myself better. This is why I decided to do a YTT program. Amazing what you shared in this respect. :D There are more people than we think who deal with the exact same thing and it's a blessing to listen to people like you. :) You have come a long way and it gives me hope and the necessary drive to not give up and keep digging and exploring. I love to hear you and Jay talk and you have a lot to give others . I dont seem to have much jealousy in material things as I have enough but I get jealous /sadness , when I see people out having a lovely time with mums and dads as my parents have now died and I miss them and catch myself observing others still enjoying this parental relationship . Have had to do some work , mainly reading and understanding as I had some bad feelings from my childhood with my mum having depression and taking it out on me as a child as I was the youngest , of course she could not help it as she wasnt well but I realised it was never about my feelings , the house revolved around how she was feeling . This bad feeling was put away and in lockdown I had a chance to take time to understand it more . I feel your chilled vibe , which I think is so lovely ! xxx

Thank you so much! Growing up, and sometimes even now, I feel a certain sense of jealousy creep in my body, especially on social media browsing other people’s profiles. The path to healing never stops, we just need to constantly be aware of our present and understand what it means to us and why we feel a certain way. Always delve deep and always be in a relationship with yourself! Thanks for the reminder. 🥰

This is so relieving to know other people have felt this way. I am just now getting to know me at 41. I have always been a people pleaser and felt that was the only way I was valuable to people. Leading a life that never felt fulfilling because I knew I haven't been operating in purpose but just letting life live me instead of living life. This was so freeing. @@SunGathersDust well it is now Monday the 7th & I've woken up late again (in a so called refuge) with spasms everywhere including my eyes, caught a reflection of my hideous (confirmed by others) face in my phone screen, plagued with extremely bad memories I've just upsettingly found out in 10 minutes the police are going to be calling me regarding domestic incidents I've fled from and whatever else, my health is really poor, I still at age 25 do not have a job, i am receiving no social support, each day has been extremely unproductive, i am really struggling and rotting away and I have unreliable poor health and no life skills so as much as I try to be kinder to myself, as much as I have meditated and exercised and tried eating as healthily as my limited budget allows daily, if truth be told I am not feeling ok at all and wish i could get help, but as I mentioned above I am fighting on, I just wish mt efforts would come to fruition.

Oh my gosh I've had this so much in my life. I didn't realize it was jealousy though, I just was judging people and not wanting them to succeed, but identifying some sort of "reason" why I didn't want them to succeed. When I finally identified that it was jealousy, and then actually accepted that it was okay to feel jealousy (before it had been a taboo emotion that I wasn't "allowed" to feel), it was such a game changer! But always still working on it, so thank you for sharing your wonderful wisdom Radhi!

You are so beautiful🌸. Also this conversation was so needed, I realized that for me, I have moments where I would feel jealous and closed off towards another's accomplishments because I get so frustrated with myself. This video reminded me of the importance of breaking down that jealousy and understanding it deeper. Blessings 🌿💫

I love your videos Radhi 💗 they have really been helping me. I loved how you described finding this role model that you learned from because for me that’s you. I look really look up to you and each day when I get flustered I always say what would Radhi do. I find I’m so much kinder to everyone around me now that I’m doing what I am good at / can offer the world. 🙏🏼 Please keep the videos coming 🥰

Thank you dear Radhi for being so honest. It is absolutely helpful that a radiant young spiritual and kind woman like you also had the feeling of unworthiness. I think especially in sensitive, creative and intuitive women this is so common. I am actually writing a book about this subject. So thank you so much for sharing and spreading your love, power and wisdom.

I think what you have is that you give honesty. You offer humility, genuine reflection that welcomes others growth to all that surround you. You are absolutely beautiful, and I don’t just mean physically, I mean you have such a clear beauty. Just keep doing what you are doing, it feels to me, that you are waking your path and sharing more than you may know.

Actually I am feeling lost. I have the best boyfriend who loves me unconditionally, who is ready to do everything for and who is loyal. The problem is me. I can't rid of negativities and I always want to control him and get power on him. I always get angry over small things. I want to change it. I want to have more positivities and stop controlling. I don't know how to. I feel lost.

@@thegrowingwings3982 I have been meditating and doing self-affirmations. I still get angry easily but it is getting faster to calm myself. I talked to my bf openly about it and he is willing to help me and he will be patient. I think I am becoming less controlling as well. Self-awareness is already a good start. I hope I can be better day by day. Any advice?

@@settsettthu1721 you are very lucky. You got such a good boyfriend who is ready to help you in your internal journey, what else do you need? Advice is just that : i am also like you my anger is affecting my all the relationships and friendships. I hope i'll win over my insecurities and anger. You have your boyfriend but i have no one. People don't understand they just leave. Good luck! We'll get through this.

Gosh...the fact u got a bf who's with u, by ur side...that's so special...coz most of us don't give much, we r too busy and involved in our ownselves to reserve a part of ourselves for another.. ..I believe realising this about ur bf wil help u to let go of those issues about urself that u wish to discard.. ..with appreciation comes that uplifting emotion called love... ..who wouldn't love this person who so much cares...enough to want to help.. Just u mentioning abt the things he is..just melts my heart..

Spoke directly to my heart. Your vulnerability was almost tangible as I was hearing you speak. Thank you Radhi. It's amazing how God takes us through this journey of transformation, renewal and restoration. We are all God's children and He loves us so. Your journey is a blessing to many. And that's what it is. We need to learn to embrace and appreciate our unique individual stories and recognise God's fingerprint in all of them. Love to all

Thank you so much for this input, even if it was only a brief intro into this vast topic of finding purpose and then being happy with yourself. Really liberating to know that EVERYBODY, no matter how famous, goes or went through the same struggles as we all do or did.
