My eyebrows were lifted when your friend was eating cow skin 😂😂 I'm still surprised that it can be eaten. My whole life I've known that is for leather 😅. The whole food looked so good. I tried jollof once and really liked it.i should try more Nigerian foods

Here in Kenya cow skin is used to make shoes and leather or we just give it to the dogs to chew on it. We don't eat it

Note that in Kenya, pepper (pepe) is considered a spice for drunkards. if you go to a restaurant and ask for pepper especially as a woman and in the morning people will think you are a drunkard and you want to eat the pepper to do away with the hangover

The don’t eat Spicy food 😅😅so it’s very strange and hurting. The pounded yam was too soft for her🤣🤣 and the don’t eat cowskin as well. So she really tried as a first time experience.

New here, born n raised in Kenya but stays in the States, I honestly didn't know people eat cow skin, thought it was mainly for shoe making, I have laughed so hard 😂😂😂on the Kenyan Lady's reaction but I love seeing these different culture experiences.

Me too. Visiting Nigeria is on my bucket list. I go to those towns they always talk about i.e. Lagos, Lekki, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Onitsha, Calabar, Oweri and maybe Enugu. I'll also like to visit one village and attend a traditional wedding then I come back to Kenya

Boga! Baga....(Burger).... The peppe, let me save my my tongue in peace! But we do eat cowskin from local butcheries as a "snack". This is a byproduct of making soup by boiling the cow legs and head (after removing the fur by burning on charcoal stoves and cleaning thoroughly). But not as stew! Nice video, shortest 13 minutes I ever watched. Beauty and smiles.... Nigeria 100% Kenya 100%!!! Waiting for the next one

I dont think alot of kenyans eat cow skin...(pomo). It may be a delicacy in some areas,. Some of us can eat cowfoot, not cowskin Im kenyan , my fav nigerian food is moii moi, jaloff, egusi, ogbono soup assorted with stockfish....but not pomo. We also hardly cook with peppe in our food. We prefer to serve peppe on the side for those who like peppe.
