My keypad says “Not Ready”. What should I do?

They're not ready means your system is not ready to arm, you're chime is on in the door is open or, you had a recent alarm and and you have to clear the zones.

If it says not ready, type your code again and select off and it will be ready.

What if you do not have your 4 digit # (old owner of our house did not know it)

Turn off power and battery, turn on power and press at same time * and # , press #20 to installer code, note the number, use the number +802 and press twice the four digic code you want to store
