Season 1 meh Seasons 2-4 OMG what an awesome show! Season 5 it ‘s ok, would have been the perfect ending Seasons 6&7 what is this? It’s unreal how may characters you hate at first but man you end up loving them all

This series has 7 seasons. I've watched up thru Season 4 on blu-ray. It's like Mad Max in Appalachia. The surving tribes are very Mad Max-y and there's even one group who are kind of nuclear mutant-y. Forgot what they were called, but they don't show up until Season 2.
