It was right near where I lived and later worked. The Police interviewed all us kids at school at the time. It was shocking in our quiet little village.

why didnt they get a good description of the man from the land lady at the pub? she noticed him enough to call the police. they could have generated a drawing. he could have been caught very quickly. the poor girl. horrible crime.
