"His dad was a good man, he was on the run at the time ..." "... he fell in love with a girl, nice girl, top shoplifter ..." Life in the underworld!

This is how biographies should be written. Every person no matter how evil, or good, or anywhere in between, they are, has good sides and bad sides. You can't tell the story of a person without sharing both sides in a completely impartial and unbiased way. It's not an easy thing to do. But when done it makes a true moral fable. A tragic story of exceptional manners and bad circumstances.

Saw the movie starring Tom Hardy, the scene with Chaz Palmentari was hilarious.

I love that movie!! Tom Hardy did such an amazing job portraying two similar, yet very different brothers.

The 1990 movie is the one I remember watching after I found out about them on an older version of True Crime. Excellent movie.

There are docs about them but there’s also a movie with Tom Hardy playing both of the twins. So good!!

All my East End relatives told me 'there was never any trouble when Ronnie and Reggie were around' And look at the send off the East End gave them. Huge respect.

The twins also met Charles Bronson. Charles described them as “the nicest guys he ever met” Tom Hardy played all three

First time I have heard of these two. Sounds like British Godfather twins. Fascinating.

That is not about the twins but about Dinenage. His ego is as huge as horrible his haircut is.

He’s earned the ego, and the hair. When you’re that age I’m willing to bet that your ego and your hair won’t recognize each other, and you’ll recognize neither! Age has a funny way of doing that.

@@Trouble-Clef I am not sure. I am 58 already and have a rein on my ego. Having said that, I think - without complete generalization - that men with some achievement have more tendencies to let the reins go. Not a very attractive personality trait, at least for me.
