I like the way most Nigerian movies promote the importance of women taking care of their family and home while the husband hustle to maintain the home. I was a career woman, but I took care of my family as well. In more westernized cultures younger ladies are focussing on their career,so the family has to eat from take away instead of home cooked meals. That in itself will put a big dent in the family budget. A virtuous woman has healing hands they bring great yield, whatever they put their hands to multiply.Men also need suport. Look at so many ways this woman suports her man, financially, emotionally, spiritually and taking care of things around the home. That's a real woman, a builder, not just grabbing. This is teamwork. But I want to see how they manage their conflict.

I love how Edna told Derrick that she knew of his friend, I think the guy only moved in when he realized who Edna was and the relationship that Derrick and edna had. He was slowing a sour grapes 🍇 😭 behavior. Because he couldn't have Edna he tried to influence in looking at other girls and Derrick was gullible enough to fall for it. All of sudden he couldn't find anything to hold on to her body 😢😮. How do I know if Derrick only wanted Edna back because he realized that all the other girls were fake with a lot of issues and wouldn't do what Edna does for him. Even if I was to take Derrick back the rules would have to change 💯.

One of my favorite scene is in their room when Shaznay changes the night light and Deza helps her by carrying her on his shoulders. Then, the scene in the kitchen when Shaznay tries to grab something by jumping, then she begs Deza who finally comes to help her by teasing her. And finally the marriage proposal, Shaznay's reaction when Deza puts the ring on her finger and she jumps all excited. It was a lot of fun. You guyz, what's your favorite part of the movie?
