Hi, we work only with natural light.. maybe that’s why.. it has it’s disadvantages in the sense that cloudy days are difficult and so are super bright ones too .. but we like to figure our way around it..

How do you manage to keep your cast iron kadhai so neat??? I mean generally it's difficult to clean cast iron utensils and it's also get rusted...just curious...kindly share the secret....

Ah ok!! I totally get ur issue and I was worried about the same thing before investing into one.. now the thing is normal iron ones, from what I saw do get stained over time.. so after sme research I invested in an enameled one..the enameled coating is so helpful.. it doesn’t get rusted too.. it’s such a saviour

@@anishaabanerjee6858 From what I've read and researched if you buy good quality ones then it's very safe to use. Not harmful for health..But I would recommend you read up yourself on this. Different articles have different recommendations :)
