I use hanna checkers for my marine tanks, excellent bit of kit and well worth the money, makes it so easy that you actually DO the tests!

it's nice to have a number, rather than just a shade of colour to interpret. Used larger Hanna photometers (C203) many years ago. These are nicely priced and easy to move from place to place.

Yes definitely, I find the colours, particularly at the lower end very difficult to discern

Hi Mark. Good luck with your spawning I hope it all goes well. I have both of those Hanna meters (ammonia and Nitrite). What are the safe and unsafe measurements should I be looking for with both of those meters?
