you are beautiful and brave ! thank you for sharing your experience not many are brave enough to even admit it due to the society we live in! I broke my nose three time and although its been put back in place it still have bumps and is not 100% straight. Many people dont see or understand me, and although terrified I've been wanting to do a cosmetic surgery to "fix it" I love myself but it always been a small insecurity. So once again thank you for sharing and showing the world that its okay to normalize surgery, our body our choices! 💜

The reason why the liters don't match with the weight is cause it's a volume size. It is true that water has the same Liter and kg, but it depends on their density and fat has a lower density than water, which is why it's a smaller weight reduction Really nice video and thank you for being that honest ❤

Glad you share this as each person has their own body insecurities. Mines is arm hair & veins on my thigh area. I know I got really conscious about my arm hair as a kid & sometimes I do still. I thought about hair laser removal So happy your feeling more confident Natalia! ❤

I understand man. Love handles are the last to go when it comes to weight loss. Like I look at other people before and after pictures throughout their journey, love handles stay the MAJORITY of the time. It takes A LOT to get rid of them. And talking about beauty standards in Korea. Bro I haven't been 120 pounds since I was 12. And I've NEVER been fat. I just have a lot of muscle naturally. Right now I'm 211 pounds. And I don't look like other people who are 200 pounds. I do want to get down to 180-170. But I could never get back down to 120 unless I got really sick or something and I was stuck in a hospital bed. Thank you so much for sharing your story 😭💜

I did LAMS as well at the same clinic a few years back on my abs, love handles and my thighs. I agree too it was a great decision for me personally cause even with working out I was mentally being so mean to myself prior. Are my thighs and glutes now probably a bit bigger? Yes, but that’s those muscle gains which can finally be seen because I could get that top layer of fat off!

Wow! Your results are awesome! Thank you for sharing! I know it’s taboo to some people and people will have their opinions but I thought about doing this (lipo)too. I need to lose a bit more weight before I do. I know here in America there’s like a non invasive cold shock thing where it “freezes” the fat, but I would research this place too, so I appreciate the info. It’s about 2-4,000 USD for the freeze stuff but the LAMS isn’t that more expensive. I’ve only gotten “small” once. I’m just sick of having fat and I do want to be realistic with my workouts and doing something like this. Anyways I appreciate the info it’s really helpful to me! Normal lipo scares me, and doctors already freak me out. Something like this with my workout would be life changing. I’m glad you posted this cause I was super curious about it when I did see your reels and stuff. thanks again! 💕

It’s been 19 days since I got lams on my arms but I haven’t drop a single cm :( I did lose 8 pound post op with diet pills. My face, thighs, stomach looks skinner except for my arms. I did see how much fat they taken out of me, but I don’t see a huge difference as of now. I’m hoping 1 month mark I would see more of a difference

Frankly speaking I prefer losing belly fat and love handles though walking at least 10 kilometers a day and resistance training. But as long as you are happy, what can I say? It's your body after all.

Thank you for sharing. I am currently about a month and a 1/2 post op on just my abdomen. I wish I could say i'm as happy with my experience as you are. I too did some research and looked at other people's experiences here, And I chose a clinic from the Gangnam unni app. Everything seemed nice beforehand and even when I went in for my consultation and found out that I would have to pay more because of my starting weight I was still okay with proceeding, but now it feels like once they're done with the procedure they were just done with me altogether. They took photos two times and answered a few of my questions, very briefly with the language barrier. And then told me in three months if there's any problems to come back. I genuinely feel very lost at the moment. Not sure of what I should be doing, what I should not be doing? What will help? What will increase the results?Blah blah blah so on and so forth. And it felt like trying to ask them any of these questions was a burden for them. I wish I had known this 365 hospital chain was also here in busan because I would have just went there. I paid three million to get the bare minimum when i could've saved a little longer and got a better service. 😔 i am however happy to know that they are here in Busan because I also wanted to have my arms done. They have been a bothersome thing since I was a child. Hopefully, by the time I am ready, they will have a doctor that I can communicate with and fingers crossed, my experience will be as pleasant as yours.

I’m so sorry you had that experience 🥲🥲 Doing any type of procedure is scary, so I can’t imagine feeling lost afterwards. I’m thankful my clinic wasn’t “done with me” once I had my procedure. Now that I think about it, every time I went in, the majority of the people there were there for aftercare… granted I did tend to go after work… but there were always a good number of people I wish I could offer you some guidance, but I don’t know what the aftercare for regular lipo looks like 😭

Fat dissolving injections can be a hit or miss depending on where you get them because very clinic creates their own formulas~ They tend to require 3+ sessions to see any visible changes, BUT they do tend to be pretty affordable and not too painful.. Usually they are recommended to people who are already dieting/exercising and just want some additional help losing fat in specific areas (double chin, arms, bra line, etc)

Oh that’s good! I have a friend who got it a few years ago and her scars from regular lipo are raised and not very visible ㅠㅠ

@ I’ve also been religiously putting on scar cream or scar tape so I’m sure that has helped me a lot!! Everyone heals so differently though. I’m glad we’re both happy with our results :)
