MY LAST BIG 12 CONFERENCE SOCCER GAME | why I got suspended....

This vlog is of our travel trip to play our last Big XII Conference game against Oklahoma State!!! I also explain (through tears sorry) why I had to sit out our first game in the Big 12 tournament.

That is why these college athlete vlogs are so special because you show your emotions through the ups and downs and it shows in how the team is on and off the field (glad to see Elena in high spirits despite the injury I didn't realize till the end of that game just how much it had effected the team when she went down). Also Maddie is such a sweetheart and has such a great vibe. You really do a great job on these vlogs and the way you incorporate the team into them is better than any I have seen so far. Praying for you! I'm also a senior at a DII college in NY. Missed my senior day, last few games of the season and just missing conference play by one game because I tore my MCL. I know that feeling not knowing that the game you just played was your last. Be strong, its gonna suck but focus on what you've done to get you to this point! God works in strange ways but you gotta have faith in what he's doing. Bigger things to come! Congrats on being a senior!

I played soccer from elementary to high school. I’m Planning on playing for my University as well. When that whistle blows for the last time, that’s when it hits you. We thought it would last forever. We were young and still are but that time had to end. All we can do now is remember those great memories and move on to what’s next in life. Prayers sent!! I'm a D2 cross country runner and for my conference meet I was really sick and wasn't able to finish the course. It was so hard in the moment and the days after but it gave me the strength I needed to pull through for regionals. God works in weird ways, trust that this is part of a bigger plan He has for you. Who knows maybe this is just time to rest and reflect. Trust that your team will do everything possible to get you all to the next round. Everything happens for a reason. Keep your head up chica!

Hey Kylie! First of all that’s my big sister’s name and it’s really cool to see someone else with it lol. I am a soccer player myself and I wanted to say thanks for sharing your time playing at a collegiate level because it has really inspired me to keep playing. The amount of joy you seem to get from playing and being around your best friends is awesome to watch and thank you for sharing such positivity on the internent. As far as your suspension, I TOTALLY FEEL YOU! I am a senior in highschool and I got injured a few days before my very last cross country league meet. I was completely devastated and cried for many days in a row after I heard the news. After all the memories I had created with my team, i felt like I was letting them down and I couldn’t handle it. We ended up losing the league title by 3 seconds. I put all the blame on myself cuz I knew I could have been the difference in those 3 seconds. The next week we competed in the first round of “playoffs” and my team ending up beating the team that had beat us at league by 2 secs which knocked them off from moving on to the next round. So I know how hard it is for you right now thinking that you missed your last game, but just know that everything happens for a reason. My coach would tell me “ I know you aren’t running today, but you are the reason the team made it this far. Be proud of that”. I am sure it’s the same for you so. Sry that was so long but I wanted to let you know that everything will be okay and don’t beat yourself up for getting suspended. Your team had your back and that’s all that matters. You had so many successes in your soccer career that make up for that one missed game! I’ll keep you in my prayer if you keep me in yours lol! 💗

NCAA Rules are ridiculous. I mean that is a little harsh to make you sit you're final game. I mean in football they eject the player and he only misses the first half. That is kind of BS rule. I'm sorry about what happened. We all make mistakes and we are human. I got ejected once in front of my parents at a baseball game and that made me feel low. It was a rough game and I openly cursed in a little league game. I had bad anger management as a kid so I know how you feel. I will pray for you tonight. I hope you win so you can play.

Yeah it sucks to hear but just wanted to mention it’s a rule in professional soccer as well, not just college. The timing is just really unfortunate. Weird to see that no one was aware but hopefully they give it their all and it doesn’t turn out to be their last game. Best of luck to them.

It’s not college but on some level I understand that hurt, after giving yourself to the sport for so long to have it end like that is hard to take in.
