im working on a epc 9 build but with a reg AR15 aero lower so i can put a mag conversion so i can SBR just one lower and shoot 9mm & 5.56 with it. also for leftys like me, a reg epc9 lower isnt as lefty friendly as you can build a reg AR15 lower to be

That’s a nice idea. Use an endo mag to support the 9mm but still run 556 with a bolt change.

I heard that the barrel has feeding issues and I’m wondering if they still have that issue ?

I haven’t had any feeding issues what do ever. Over 500 rounds so far.

There’s a gen 2 with a larger feeding cone. It isn’t marked anywhere but it’s obvious if you look.

Just built this. Went with the faxon bcg tho. Get the .22 cmmg conversion kit for ur ar15 it's really nice and u can practice shooting just with .22 for Hella cheap. I paid like 150$ for the .22 bcg and came with 3 mags I highly recommend

You might not get away with using that trigger. It may not reset. You definitely going to want to change it out for an AR9 designed drop-in trigger. There is a big difference between the 2 have you shot it yet?... happy shooting Brother 😉👊🇺🇸

After seeing how the hammer wasn't getting reset on your other video it looks like it definitely makes a difference if you're using a PCC trigger I don't know where you got that info from but somebody might have steered you wrong because somebody might have an AR-15 trigger that actually works but that's just a coincidence . That's definitely an exception to the rule not the rule

The feed cone on Aero barrel’s is awful. I had one & changed it out. Definitely try different types of ammo at the range. Aero’s EPC barrel’s don’t like flat nose or hollow points other than Hornady Critical Defense.

@jayweth you need to get a hold of Aero Precision. They now have a Gen2 barrel with an enhanced feed cone that addresses the feeding issues of defensive ammo. I just did a video about it 😉👊🇺🇸
