Personally I don't see any benefits. Because this country is locked now because of sanctions. I don't know why people want to learn Russian. Just because they want to work in Russia. Here pay rate are less. Work is hard. They don't hire foreigners for good jobs. Only labour work. But here you have teaching jobs but you must have the knowledge of Russian to teach them English.

No we can't get work permit after study. But you can extend your visa for six months after degree. Or you can apply for another degree or for phd. Or can apply for TRC.
