Also I know from recent judicial committees if you have a letter from a lawyer stating that if they announce your name at the podium that you can sue them for slander, because they don't say why you're being disfellowshipped and most people nine out of 10 will believe it's some sort of immorality. And that can be very slanderous to a person and ruin their reputation. And when they are threatened with a lawsuit they do not announce your name on the podium as being disfellowshipped. That has been the new procedure a lot of people have been using that have been brought into judicial committees that are being accused of apostasy.

I never made it to a judicial committee. I had a shepherding call after I didn’t go to the memorial last year then they asked for another follow up shepherding call which I said I wanted at the hall. I ended up walking out after telling them I will be disassociated from the organisation. They were happy to berate me and I got them to admit that although I never committed any sins I was either going to be disfellowshipped or I would have to disassociate myself. These muppets were soo angry that a women was spitting facts and happy to leave.

At one stage they likened the Governing Body to the Apostle Paul, their admiration for these eight men at headquarters sees no end. Truth is not important but their belief in the words of those eight men and their publications is. Not too long ago the Governing Body was teaching that each creative day was 7,000 years long now they teach it is not but you had to believe whatever view they had at any given time, otherwise you were not worshipping God. Shunning is your punishment. They tell you that you can't record the Judicial, it's a s crew process. They can't tell you how many they have personally disfellowshipped and the reasons for doing so. Do you remember the Supreme Court case held in Canada where the attorney for the Jehovah's Witnesses who is an elder in the congregation, stated that a disfellowshipped person can still have normal family relationships they are just not allowed to have any spiritual contact. Luke's age at the time of his baptism may be relevant. If Luke was a child, then he would be in a position to repudiate the baptism on the grounds that he was incapable of entering a life-long contractual commitment to the Watchtower organisation. A repudiation of his baptism would mean that he had never been a baptised member and therefore should not be shunned. He could have informed the elders that if they publicly announced that he was disfellowshipped after being informed, in writing, that he was repudiating his baptism on the grounds of his age, they, would be liable personally and jointly, and the Jehovah's Witness organisation as a corporation, for any loss Luke suffered including for any pain and suffering as a consequence of shunning. They would be wise to consider the legal implications of their actions.

And for some reason I can't remember it off the top of my head I thought it was in Micah. But basically the original translation talked about being loving in the congregation and treating people with care, but in the new Bible they have, it says to be loyal to the older men of the car gation basically the organization. The elder that was “doing science” at 17/18 didn’t mention if he passed or even sat the exams and given he calculated that he’d seen the conflict (what conflict?) over the past 55 years since then he obviously had a poor education since he said he was 70 at the same time so how 18 plus 55 adds up to 70 in his world suggests a problem. Was there even a “science” A level then? Wouldn’t it have been biology, chemistry and physics? Thinking that evolution says anything about life appearing from nothing (the over 2000 year old idea of spontaneous generation which I think Pasteur among others showed didn’t happen) which isn’t even abiogenesis just shows how little they understand about the subject. Anyone that thinks they can argue about a subject with so little apparent knowledge is either ignorant or really must be brain washed.
