i’m a nursing assistant who works nights all the time. my best advice is to go to sleep early the night before, wake up really early the day of your shift (like 4 or 5am) keep yourself busy all morning then take a 3-4 hour nap before you have to get ready for your shift

Hi! I think I am going to do a whole video on this but I would say highlight your strengths, look at examples before you start, think about the experiences you've had that you want to showcase for your future employer, etc. I use Canva to format all my resumes - you want yours to stand out but still look professional.
